Routine can be either of the following:
6 days per week at 2 - 15 minute pumping sessions
or
2 days per week at 3 - 20 minute pumping sessions

While I am less familiar with pumping, I do know that with manual PE, consistency is much more important than quantity. I would expect pumping to be similar in that regard. I would suggest asking this question on the PE Devices section, it may get a better answer from experienced pumpers. I'm not sure that either of those routines will give you much long term, beginners may start with a light routine but after a time, you will need to step up the time to continue progress, but I say again, put this on the PE Devices forum and the more experienced will give you the answer you need.

I use 7, and occasionally pulse to 10. Do 15 maybe 3x per session

Pump at 7 Hg. with no pain. Will spike to 10-15 for a few seconds during each session
