Hi guys, just thought I would share one of my tricks, if that has not been discussed here yet. (Could not find anything)
I bought a air pump (one with manual draw out air vacuum). I found that if I fill it with luke warm water and use at as a water pump device I could maximize the vacuum effect more efficiently.
I saw much greater effect on girth aspecially. Also, I found a rubber fitting in a hardware store that fits snuggly before my head and the outside of that fitting sits also snuggly against the tube. In this situation as I am pumping the fitting lightly pulls up with the retreating water, creating a stretch effect as well.
I never go to strong with vacuum strength or streching. Just enough to do this action comfortably.
Basically I start with warming up (warm cloth or light stretching in shower) I then do a few more light stretches. Just a little bit of jelqing after that to further promote blood flow and flexibility. After this I would start pumping and take breaks in between with some like jelqing and then continue again. I will end with some more stretching and jelqing.
What are your opinions on this?

not2big would be a great person to ask about this. He knows A LOT about pumping. Interesting concept.

I have used a vacuum pump both for dry and water pump, for years.
When I want to water pump, I will get in the tub, get semi erect, lube up with a good water based lube.
I will put on the cylinder, pump up to around 5 HG and sit down letting everything warm up in the hot water.
Maybe after 10 minutes or so, I will very carefully pull the skin of my scrotum away from the base of the cylinder, letting some water trickle into the cylinder. Practice will assure you that you don't let too much water in. The ideal is, when you reattach the tubing to increase the vacuum, that it is just over the glans at around 5 HG.
What you DO NOT want to do, is get ANY water in the the tubing and hence, into the pump it's self.
I have found that water pumping is very relaxing, but haven't noticed any difference in the effectiveness of gains between dry or water pumping but I do much more dry than water pumping.

I am primarily an air pumper; however, I do occasionally water pump. I believe Redemption has brought up an interesting concept. If I understand it correctly, he, for example, slips on a rubber O ring/washer just behind the corona of his glans such that it creates a separate chamber above the O ring. When he pumps more water out of the top of the tube, the increased vacuum in the upper chamber forces the portion of his penis which is forward of the O ring further forward thus pulling on the entire penis in an outward direction - causing it to stretch.
Redemption, have I interpreted your situation correctionly?
Perhaps someone who has studied hydraulics can make a more educated comment on the concept.
My first thought is that by creating a smaller vacuum chamber pulling on the glans, the risk of an unsafe vacuum on the glans causing bruising and blisters is increased.
If the O ring/washer creates an effective dam between the "upper chamber" and the "lower chamber", I do not know what type of vacuum remains in the lower chamber as additional water is removed from the upper chamber.

NTB, you misread the OP. He has an air/vacuum pump, not a bathmate. You can't pull water from the top.

I used one very similar to the one you referenced. When you squeeze the ball pump it pulls the water (or air) out of the top of tube creating a vacuum in the tube.
Hey, Redemption! Was my understanding of your situation correct or am I off base?Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
