I see what you mean now..The decreasing weight is from the Progressive Hanging theory right? I don't know why I don't feel the fatigue with SD hanging, probably due to low LOT. How did you gain the first inch before starting CW and Bib Hardcore?

I gained my first .6 from JP90 program. I then gained the next .5 from hanging with the CW. The next .1 came from pumping of which girth was the focus.
In June I decided I was going to get serious with hanging. I started with the CW to recondition myself and gained .1. I now use the BIB hardcore and have gained fast. So .7 of my 1.4 inches gained has been from hanging. I wasn't hanging long enough the first time hanging. In June I switched to high angle hanging because I had stretched my suspensory ligs to the max.
Do you think I should also consider OTS? Or I should continue BTC for a 40-50 hours and see whether I gain anything? I have a LOT of 6, no doubt in my mind. And I can't get fatigue or any ligament stretch from SD. I'm just afraid that I might toughen my tunica to the max by hanging BTC, so when I switch to OTS or if I use extender that would do nothing
