first post here on this fantastic forum. I'm 41 years old, have a small/medium penis (about 14 cm while erected) and I do suffer from ED. I have had a very, very small sexual activity during my life :-( I'm interested in using a pumping device mainly for improving my erections. Will this yield some benefit ? If yes, what bathmate would you suggest between the hercules and the hydromax x30 ? On a last note, I have a small hydrocele on one of my testicule and have had some prostatitis problems, would pumping pose any problems ?
