How do you measure tension on your extender???

Hey, I have a size genetics extender and I dont know how to measure the tension. I really want to keep it around 800-900 grams.... how do you guys do it?

Look at the markers on the extender arms. When the springs compress, that is higher tension.

Different brands have different amounts of tension, but most brands will max out at 1200-1500 grams. With this in mind, keeping the spring balance compressed 1/2 - 3/4 of the way should keep you in the recommended 600-900 gram range
