so I've recently decided to get back into using an extender + bathmate. I know that alot of people recommend using the bathmate after extending so that is most likely what i will be doing. but i recently came upon an ADS, i hear its good to use for a support kind of role. What i mean by that is that most people wouldn't use it as your main exercise, so using it alone wouldn't be sufficient enough to actually increase size. I've read that its best to use after your PE routine to prevent your penis from turtling and its used so your penis heals while being stretch.
What i'm asking here is, is the ADS i listed good? will it get the job done? whats the best way of using it. and what would you guys recommend me using for what time etc. I wouldn't consider myself a complete beginner, id consider my penis to be well conditioned.
I hope i made sense, thanks. btw, i have yet to increase in penis size but thats because i just recently got back into it, and probably because my routines are not good.

This ADS is pretty identical to the ESL40, just different name...It's cheap so you should give it a try...My prediction is that these silicone caps will probably wear out after few weeks, you also may expereince a lot of slippage, if there is tension or weight involved. But for a few dollars, give this a try and find out if it works for you or no. If you already own an extender why would you look to get a ADS?

I don't know everything and everyone's results but I was looking into different forums on what members had to say about this type of ADS and they didn't have good things to say about it...In my opinion the extender is what you wear when you are resting, with a low tension...Without some sort of tension you will not gain any Erect length or Flaccid Stretched Length..
I say if price is not a big issue, look around for a good vacuum extender or stretcher, most users find it very comfortable to wear a vacuum-based stretcher, and you can keep them on for 4-5 hours at a time once you get conditioned to it. Make sure to have your extender on low tension and for longer periods of time, that's how gains generate.

I have a hard time getting behind one-size gear. TLC uses your glans width to size you within a millimeter.

I have used an ADS (modified VacAds) utilizing just the cap and a long (4.5 inch) sleeve to maintain my flaccid extended for several hours prior to mounting my extender. When I do this, I fand that my flaccid stretch when mounting the extender is at least 1/4 inch longer than when mounting without the "pre stretch". I also find that when I do this, I reach my max stretch in the extender in about 15 minutes instead of one hour when I do not pre stretch.
I would like to do it more often, but it just adds too much time to an already time consuming exercise.
If I extend before going to bed, I often use the above described VacAds as a means to prevent turteling and to maintain my flaccid stretch while I am sleeping.Last edited by not2big; 09-27-2013 at 10:21 PM.
