Thread: The extending consensus

I just recently started extending and for now I am not stretching too intensely(less than 600g), less than the first hash mark on the rods. Anyway I just want to know what is the agreed upon routine one should be following? Someone who has had results please answer the following:
1. Ideally you want Max tension and Max time but if you can't have both which is more important stretching for a longer period at lower intensity or stretching at a high intensity for a short time. What is considered a long time? what is a short time? what is high tension? What is low tension? How often should you take breaks?
2. How often should you increase intensity and time? by hour? day? week? month/s? year? and by what increments?
3. Manual routine I heard is good in combination with an extending device but what kind of manual exercises are good?
4. Rest days?
5. Anything else you think may be important

go 900 to 1200 grams of tension...log as many hours per day as possible...f rest days

I have over 250 hours in and I do not take rest days. I do anywhere from 4 to 6 hours per day on average. I've already seen increases in my BPFSL and BPEL. NOT to mention but my veins have gone crazy. I have veins along my entire shaft and my EQ is legendary.
I apply regular force for about 30 minutes when I start. I switch it up for another 30 minutes using a lot of tension. Then I go to medium tension and let the extender slow extend until my flaccid stretch is maxed out. I stay like this for hours.
This warms the penis up for work. Then works it (like manual). Then I sit back and let the extender do the work for me.PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

I have been extending for about 3.5 years. I have always tried to keep the middle line just showing which I believe represents 900 grams on my X4. Accordingly, I have always stayed at around 800 gr. of tension. I stay at my preferred tension for as long as it does not become too uncomfortable - anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. I normally do not reach max extension unless I exceed 1 hour.

For the most part, I do not exceed 1.5 hours in the extender. I do try and get in at least 3 sessions a day.
