Hey everyone, I have a few questions regarding the negative effects of hanging if performed improperly. I read hanging 101
it stated that if you rest too often, it can lead to a shorter & stronger penis. Soo one can actually lose length if they decide to rest?
I started hanging about a week ago...I only hang about 2-3 pounds for 15 /3 reps
im no where near the 2 hr mark.. however I still do alot of stretching exercises to compensate for the less hanging hours. From experience, how can I prevent a shorter penis? Also is my routine ok? Im scared to rest now, or jump weight as the weeks go on.
