Thread: Hanging angle

As I have been hanging for 17 weeks with no gains yet, I am looking for solutions.
I have realized that I have done all of my hanging sitting down.
Could that be a reason for no gains? Should I be doing a true SD and stand up and hang? I never stood up while hang...START - 10/26/12:
NBPEL - 6.25"
BPEL - 6.75"
BPFL - 4.125"
BPFSL-6.75"
NBPFL - 4"
EG - 5"
FG - 4.5"
Short-Term Goal:
NBPEL - 7+ inches
EG - 5.5+ inches
End Goal:
NBPEL - 7.5+ inches
EG - 6 inches

Any gains till now ? 1-24-2014, I think you have gained but your measurement could be wrong

Hi,
What weight after 17 weeks ?
How many sets a day ?
Sitting down, is your back fairly horizontal with your upper legs ?
Do you reach fatigue/strain around fat pad ? ( That's what I aim for)
Gains are very slow even if you do everything right

Goal for 2013: Lose 4/8 inch off fat pad + Get over 7" NBP
