Tension Adjustment for phallosan forte

I am waiting for my phallosan forte and I was wondering which tension should I use ? i know there are green/yellow/red colours for tension and they represent 600g each, I want to have good results but avoid injury.

Stay in the green for the first month or two. Gradually increase the tension every month or so would be my recommendation. I am using it for 3 months and am still at the start of yellow. Lower tension allows you to stay in it longer, which is the aim. Julian, from Phallosan, made a good recommendation to me, mark on the belt with a pen or marker so you know how tight the belt is for when you want to increase it.
