    Does it hurt or causes any discomfort (pressure, numbness) to wear the PF all the long? Do you guys go out normally while wearing it?

    Made the Phallosan Forte into a vacuum hanger and gained another .1 inch so far by hanging twice a day plus jelqing after sets. I will put new pics up eventually and pics of how I made the Phallosan into a hanger using twisting grip, rubber, wire, things I found at the store, picture hooks, shoe string, microfoam tape, and of course, the weights. All BTC at the moment. So far the only problem is a little vacuum discoloration at 5 lbs.

    How long have your hanging sets been? and did you start at 5 lbs?

    Started at 1 pound and 1 x 20 min set. Now I am at 5 pounds and 1 - 2 x 20 min sets, 2 to 3 times a day. Tonight's set I went back down to 3.5 pounds due to fatigue.

    Are you hanging? If so, what attachment object are you using? And have you had any results?

    I haven't started hanging with it yet, but I've been thinking about it seen as I haven't been getting the time to put in anywhere near the number of hours almost everyone else has.

    I think that I'll start doing this, it would be far more convenient for me.

    Just my recommendation is to limit set to 20 minutes and jelq in between sets for a minute or two to restore blood flow/ pressure. May not be completely necessary with vacuum hangers but Bib recommends this technique for compression hangers. Their breaks are ten minutes between sets. I found about two minutes of jelqing and helicopter shakes is enough with vacuum hanging. Just my two cents on safety.

    Also, do not use the plastic clip as the attachment point for the weight. It could break. I will post a link to the rubber, wire, things I found in a second. I twisted it into two side loops and then tightened it down around the clip attachment point.

    They are called gear ties. Amazon has them; however, I am going to refrain from posting a link so to not possibly make the moderators upset. Love this forum too much to do that.

    The ones I got were 6 inches long; I believe I picked them up at walmart.
