I'm over 1000 hours now. Averaged about 7.45 hours/day. That's pretty pitiful compared to everyone else on here. I got pretty discouraged for a while when I quit doing my manuals and my EQ just went to shit. Took a 2 day break and started my manuals again, and my EQ has been much improved. I decided to do a "redux" count from 1k-2k hours. I'm going to try to average at least 10 hours/day over the next 1k hours and do manual exercises 5 days a week.
I measured. Not 100% EL but it certainly still seemed like I was at 6.75, maybe even 7". I just have a hard time staying hard to measure. My BP is definitely 7.5". Did not measure girth. So, in summary:
Hours: 1000
Hours/day: 7.45
Manual: Rarely
Gains: NBPEL .25"
BPEL .5"Start Dec. '14
NBPEL - 6.5"
BPEL - 7"
MSEG - 5"

I just added another 300 hours for January, but no measurable gains and in fact lost a little (probably measurement error, i hope ). Ihad gained 1/4 inch from 600 to 900 hours i thought by moving the tension to high yellow the entire month. Did same for month of January, but likeisaid, seems like no gains at all. Iknow some guys swear by high tension, but does anyone use low tension? Actually, what I'm really worried about is that i got 1/4 inch gain and maybe that's going to be all I'll ever get. What do you guys think?

Tylerdurden8us,
I too experienced some retraction at one point, you have some options:
1. Stick with your current protocol; hard to do if you stopped gaining.
2. Start jelqing daily if you are not already; can improve EQ and prepare the penis to accept more blood to support your current and future gains.
3. Take a rest day or even rest over a couple days; sometimes all you need is a break to restore EQ and get you back to steady gains.
4. Increase intensity; wear the Phallosan more hours or at even more tension. I don't recommend more tension unless it is a steady progression or you are going to start hanging. As the current philosophy is low tension and long durations or high tensions and short durations.
I hope you get this situation worked out and start gaining again. Good luck!

IMO, 300 hours is too short a time-period to be worrying about not gaining, unless it is right at the start of your time in the phallosan. The initial 500-1000 hours gains are going to be the quickest, thereafter they slow down. Measure every 500 or 1000 hours maybe instead. Also, consider doing manual work to supplement your phallosan use. That seems to be working great for a lot of us.
I swear by increasing tension gradually. However, I believe doing this slowly is key. We should be trying to max out all gains we can at lower tensions until we don't see anymore down there, and then increasing tension. No point in maxing out our gains after 500 hours at red tension etc.
I am at 1800 hours and only at high yellow tension now. I will try to get to 2000 hours at this tension before increasing it a bit more up to low red. This has been a very gradual process. Increases in tension should come when you do not feel a good pull/tension at your current tension, IMO.
