What tension have you been using the past 600 hours?
Are you up to high red?
Sorry about the red dots - how does your glans look after using the PF so many hours without the protector cap?

For the past 600 hours I have been using high yellow - low red. As I mentioned before, I have been trying to squeeze all the gains out of lower tensions before moving up. I aim to increase the belt tension by a cm or two every few weeks or when I don't feel the tension any more. I have never used the high red tension yet.
Glans look battered from time-to-time, but that is from long hours/high tension I reckon rather than wearing it without the protector cap. Usually they go back to normal after a few days of no usage.

Gotcha - how do you combat against grooves in your hips from the connecting clip?
As I've been increasing the time and tension (on low yellow now, I did a stretching routine for the month prior to getting the PF), I've been getting deep grooves on my hip where the belts connector attach.
Any tips / tricks how to ward against this?
Aside from that, so far so good, I'm keeping a detailed log of time worn / other exercises, though am torn on how long to wait before getting new measurements. Do I really need to wait to 1000 hours to expect any gains, or would 500-600 (as you've seen) be acceptable?
