    Thanks, i haven´t planned to take any days off, so i thought i would´nt enter off days. If i see to many signs of overtraining i will take a day or to off, but nothing planned

    About messurements, sure, i just thougth that the BPFSL would be the most precise way to messure gains.

    BPEL: 7.68 in
    MSEG: 5.7 in

    BTW, people have talked about the condoms being somewhat easely broken. Guess what happened to me, the protector cap broke instead... i still use it though, and have ordered 3 new ones, so no stress. Just wanted to tell others that alltough the protector cap is more sturdy, it can get a cut and break.

    Thanks, I will add those details now. Yeh, just keep an eye on your EQ and PIs to make sure you aren't overtraining. For me personally, I definitely need at least 1-2 days break a week from PE because my dick would be exhausted otherwise. For those other 5 days though, I PE hard haha.

    Yeh, I broke 2 condoms in the first month of using the phallosan but am now on the same condom I have had since September. It is all a learning curve on how to use them though. I stopped wearing the protector cap after the first month of getting used to the phallosan.

    Yeah i can see an offday here and there being beneficial. Especially to keep edema in check. Allready, when i am done with 10 hour´s of wearing the PF, my glans and frenulum (im uncut) are hurting a bit.. i could´nt do a strecthing routine for example, my glans will simply hurt to much.

    Yeh, it will do that all right. It will take a while to get used to it, but after a few weeks you will be able to do 20 hour sessions if you want without much problem

    hey kick I haven't gotten my PF yet but I had a quick question after reading the tgc theory. I believe I read some of your earlier post that you had a similar problem like me with the smooth Muscle. have you been focusing mainly on Girth manual exercises and using your PF for your Length? the reason I ask is because I have seen that you have been making really good Gains. but I also read along time ago that girth exercises could hinder further Length gains. I am just curious because I Want to maximize my PF gains

    No, concentrating on only gaining girth, without a balance of length exercises, has with some members meant they found it hard to gain length after. But this was only really shown with people with 6+ girth and who did intensive girth stuff like clamping.

    Yes, I do mostly girth exercises and use my PF for my length work. I have found it to work great. I did an experiment of doing just manual length work and the PF for a month to see if the TGC theory worked, and low and behold it did, my EQ dropped even though my BPFSL increased, so my tunica was being lengthened beyond my smooth muscles ability to fill up. So, now I mainly do girth work and view my PF as my length exercise. So far it has proved excellent for me because of the balance I have struck. I would recommend people to do the same. Hope this helps

    Edit: In fact, I would go so far as to say I have a lot more room to gain length as it is at the moment if I improved my EQ and tightened the gap between my smooth muscle and tunica difference.

    Yep, that is what he said. He has been doing PE for a few years before using the phallosan though and had gained before, so maybe that has something to do with it. It still sucks though that he didn't gain after putting in 2000 hours

    Yea helps a lot. I figured my smooth muscle was the problem. And after going home last night I measures and confirmed it. So I guess high erect jelqs and squeezes should be good enough I guess.

    Yeh exactly, those exercises should do just nicely
    Since I have started clamping I have noticed my EQ has improved a lot, so now I just need to close the gap between my BPEL and BPFSL
