I don't think you would be able to wear it with 12lbs of pressure. After I don't get anything from using it at max tension I will probably just stop wearing it or swift to hanging. However, this day is a long long long way off

well i meant for the more experienced PE'rs that have a hard time gaining after newbie gains or even lets say when the redzone on the phallosan forte becomes just not enough tension to gain shouldnt Phallosan make a stronger spring attachment available in the future for these people so hanging doesnt have to be the next go to thing, im just saying this attachment would extend the life of the pahllosan forte even after one has reached its limits.

Okay so I have gained .35 Bpfsl in 500 hours. All phallosan, no manual exercises. My new Bpfsl measurement is 7.25.

Wow congrats mate! You must be delighted! So you know that it is definitely working for you anyway, so keep putting in those hours when you get back and you will see the gains. Oh, take it easy when you start back using it again after your break, you will have to re-condition your unit slowly the first few days.

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty good. A little bummed that I can't wear it for 11 days though. When I get back I'm really going to start doing lots of manual exercises. I wish I could jump into squeezes and ULI's but since I haven't jelqed for months I guess I need to re condition with jelqs for a couple months.
I haven't measured my Bpel for weeks but I believe last time I did it was 6.75-6.8. My goal I'd say is 7.5 Bpel. Since my Bpfsl is getting ahead I think it's definitely time to start working out the smooth muscle.

I'm also exercising like a mad man because I absolutely hate having a .8 fat pad. I'd be so happy if I could get it down to around .2.
