Haha cool, that is a good sign! As I always say to people, if you are feeling a stretch, don't feel automatically inclined to increase it. More is not always better. High green to high yellow is the gain-ville in my opinion. You have to milk the gains in this period as much as possible. Red = zero gains! Try to increase the hours before increasing the tension.

Funny how I just complained about the shipping today and it arrived on my doorstep right after I made that post, lol. I will be testing it out/reading up on it tomorrow just to see how it works and then officially using it on Monday. I think I'll probably be using it at night while I sleep.

I notice not too many guys report girth gains as a result of this device in this thread. I've seen varying results here and on the more dubious web "reviews" of 0.2 - 0.7 inch. I'm guessing most guys girth gains are coming from supplemental exercises

Yup correct. I didn't gain any girth from 3500 hours in the phallosan. It was from other PE. It is only a length device imo. Although if your eq is poor,it may give go girth gains from improved eq.

Mebs, did you get those gains from the PF only or you had other exercises included in your routine? I think the PF is more of a "healing" device, which compliments the tissue deformation induced by more intense forms of PE (hanging, strong stretching etc.). If you got that from using the PF only, it is unreal what gains you would've seen if you had done some hanging along with it!

If you go onto my log (in my signature), I posted up on the very first post what my exact routines have been like over the past year and a half and when I got gains. I attribute the phallosan to definitely helping in my great gains early on, but I don't know how much exactly to them solely as I did a stretching and jelqing routine too.
So far with hanging over the past 4 months, I have gained 0.5" in BPFSL, and 1/8" in BPEL (although I haven't measured in a month or so). I expect that my BPFSL gains will materialize into BPEL gains over the coming months, as that has always been the pattern of my gains since starting PE [BPFSL increases before BPEL increases].
