The goldilocks zone is mid green to mid yellow, in my opinion. This was gains-ville when I was wearing it. Red zone, I gained zero. The change in tension is probably as a result of where the belt is positioned on you (probably on your hip bone that moves when you sit etc). Try move the belt a little higher around your waist for more consistent tension.

Adding all these gains to the table and remembering my length gains from it, I really wish they invented a device as effective as the phallosan for girth. You just put it on, no work required, and you got girth gains! A rhino can only dream....

In the beginning I could do 8-10 hours, but got problems with blisters after a while. Had to decrease hours to 4-6 for a period, but after 1000 hours Im up with 10 hours a day withouth blisters. Hope to be consistent from now on with at least 10 hours a day. I keep the tension high green/low yellow most of the time. If the tension gets to high I tend to get blisters quickly.

This is also what I did when using the phallosan, kept the tension at high green/low yellow for the first 1000 hours. There was no need to increase it any further at that point. It was only at 1500 hours+ that I ventured to mid yellow! Try to milk as much gains as you can from the lower tensions, as many (including myself) reported that more tension does not equal more gains (red = zero for me, except tonnes of fucking blisters!).

This is my plan to keep it in that area for a while. That zone I feel a nice stretch but can keep it on all day. I just reread the manual and it said the same thing you stated that more tension doesn't mean more gains. I really want to start sleeping with It but that scares me even if it has been reported safe

Hi, here are my measurements at 452 hours. About a week early due to traveling abroad tomorrow for a week
BPEL: Start 6.375. Now 6.5 Change 0.125
MEG: Start 4.25. Now 4.375 Change 0.125
FL omitted due to large variability
FG Start: 3.5. Now: 3.75 (presumably increased blood flow)

Hi, I think you've added my stats to the table as a new person. My starting stats are already on the table so this was just an update of my gains. I've checked the table and my routine is already on there and I've not changed it. To be clear my starting girth was 4.25 not 4.2 as on the table and my new girth is 4.375
