    I decided to construct a table of phallosan users to chart our progress (I apologise if the mods think that this thread would be more suitable in the progress section). I divided the categories in the table below under 6 specific categories.

    1. Username - self-explanatory.

    2. Your initial statistics section will refer to your erect length and girth (BPEL) before you started using the phallosan.

    3. Gains refers to increases in your erect length or girth since you starting using it.

    4. Hours will refer to TOTAL overall hours in the phallosan (this will be updated accordingly as you progress or see development).

    5. The usage section refers to whether you used the phallosan with fixed hours (i.e. 10 hours every time you wore it) or variable (i.e. 3 hours one day, 8 the next, 1 hour the next day etc). It also refers to whether or not you take rest days from the phallosan in your week.

    6. Additional PE will refer to any additional PE exercises or devices you use in addition to the phallosan.

    It might also be helpful to give us : "Age, weight, physical activity level, diet, supplements, additional routine, hrs/day, rest days?, PE experience (how long you've been doing PE), PE history (conditioning level, injuries, other devices/techniques used)"

    The purpose of this thread is primarily informative to the PE community about what pattern/way of using the phallosan works best and would like to take into account different variables to gain some kind of consensus/idea about our progress. Anyway, I will add you to the below table if you post your details in this thread and I will update your total gains and hours in the device as we progress along this little journey of ours.

    ***** This thread is not to be used as a general ask questions about how to put on/remove the phallosan, or about anything to do with injuries, swelling, etc etc.
    It is ONLY to track members progress, to document individual experiences, and MOST importantly people's gains and how we can maximize our own in the process.

    Ok, so I will begin. My general stats are already in the table. I have been very happy with my gains so far, I have been PE'ing and using the phallosan together for just under 3 months now. I had no experience with PE before then. I started jelqing and stretching the same week that I got my phallosan.

    Supplements: I have been taking green tea, garlic tablets, L-arginine, glycine, lysine, and ginko biloba, as well as a multivitamin, creatine.

    I am 30, physically active, lift weights 5 days a week, run and swim once or twice a week also. I weight 95 kg, 6 foot 4, muscular build and my diet is very good. Clean and healthy eating usually.

    I have gained .65 in length and .25 in girth so far on my PE journey, in less than 3 months so I am really happy. I am aiming to gain an inch before the 6 month point is reached, which I hope to log 2000 hours in the phallosan.

    I use it variable hours - ranging from 5/6 hours a day up to 21/22 hours. I always take at least 1 day off from using the phallosan a week and I am not sure at the moment whether this is helping or stalling my gains, but I am unable to use it during this period anyway even if I wanted to. So I am a variable - rest-day user.

              When I started with the phallosan, I was 6.5" bpel. I had previously gained .5" from using a traditional extender inconsistently over the course of 4 years. Before that I did manual exercises for a year and didn't get any gains. Wearing the phallosan is my only current PE activity. I try to wear the phallosan for 10 hours every day, but sometimes wear it for a few more if I fall asleep with it on. I don't plan on any rest days, but recently took a week off due to injury. At the time of my first measurement (one month of use with about 300 hours of wear time), I couldn't reliably measure any increase in erect length (i.e. 0" erect gains so far). There was a pretty clear increase of about 1/8" in bpsfl. I am not keeping track of girth measurements. After my recent injury break, I pushed back my 2 month measurement, but should have an update in a couple weeks.

                    What way do you wear it, i.e. do you do the same amount of hours everyday or does it change, and also, do you take rest days in the week?

                        Ty I do near every day 10 - 12 hrs in one go swapping sides every 2 1/2 hrs but some days I can't manage pe averages out maybe once a week I might only manage 2-3 hours so 500 hours are guestimated I do a 20 -30 min jelq uli session every 2 days and do 2 x 20 min Bib session most days before bed @ 10 lb . Then the phalosan on 2-3 hours till I wake up grumpy
