Just be really careful to always have a good tight fit to the back of the dome. Slipping and air pockets seem to be where blisters come from with the LG. My biggest issue with the LG was when my penis stretched it would go smaller in diameter than the sleeve. Using two sleeves was the best trick for me.

Have you tried using a shoelace? I also have that same problem and the shoelace fixed it for me I think it would rather be difficult to roll two sleeves stack together.

You can cut a 1 inch extra piece of ab silicone to go on top of the sleeve to provide the extra seal.

I have gained almost 2cm in BPEL, 3-4cm in BPFSL and 1-1.5cm girth all over the shaft in 5 months of PE and hanging for 3 months maybe, 3.5kg max weight reached up till now, using an ID Card Neck Strap hanger i managed with sock-box wrap-t shirt thorough wrapping. I recommend the sock hanger as it seems safer!
