    i read that it's great to edge on off days, and it so happens that today and tomorrow are my off days, both from PE and from work so i have a bunch of time.

    please, someone school me.

    I tried edging on off days.It does not cause too much stress on your unit. But i think the best time to edge or balloon is right after your exercises to cement the gains and see how your EQ functions.
