i am currently on a little break from p.e.
when i was exercising, i was stretching by using the phallosan vaccum part. it made getting the grip much easier and my hands do not fatigue.
Pros of this
- much easier grip
- no hand fatigue
- often makes for more glan expansion when i go to jelq due to the suction and tugging
Cons of this
- have noticed a slight pain in and around glans after about a week or two of vaccum grip stretching
- may contribute to more turkey neck
I am curious as to what the gym thinks of this. overall i like it and it makes stretching much easier for me.

BUMP! I am having troubles trying to stretch with my foreskin retracted (and stretching in general due to grip), I am thinking about this but need opinions.

You might want to try using baby powder on your hands and unit. Another method I found useful was using a Stealth Innerwear sleeve. It provides more traction along the shaft, makes the circumference larger and, prevents skin pinching. These three positive attributes meant to me, an easier time pulling with less slippage, more power to pull and, more efficient use of my time.
