    After hanging for 20 minutes, my glans is completely discoloured. It is dark purple, cold and has little "stains". I used the Bib starter. I tried loosening up the grip, used more wrap and whatnot. I decided to reduce my sets to 10 minutes (which substantially decreased the discolouration). I just read that if you hang for less than 20 minutes, you won't get lengthening, but rather a stronger penis (which is not the goal).

    I'm not sure what to think of this. Should I hang for 15 minutes maybe? And do more sets? What do you guys think.

    I thought Bib said not to exceed 20 minute sets and try to get 10 hours a week.

    So 10 minute sets or 20 minute sets shouldn't be that much of a difference as long as you eventually work up to 10 hours spread pretty even through out the week in my opinion. I could be wrong though.

    One thing that may help with the discoloration is to squeeze as much blood as possible out of the head and the forward area of the hanger and push it back towards the body before using the hanger, I am just assuming though. I don't use a Bib, I use a modified vacuum hanger right now and have not worked up to enough weight yet to be an expert.

    But I have found the tighter I tape my glan, the less discoloration I personally get. With a constriction hanger you must monitor your glan, so you won't be able to tape your glan regrettably but that tightness probably would help.

    Yes squeeze blood out of head, if it takes you a minute of squeezing then that's what you have to do.

    Also tighten it up as tight as needed, if not it will slip forward and put pressure on the head, I have never loosened my hanger during or before a set only tightened it up very tight before, and also through the set when needed.

    My first set can take me a good few minutes to tighten fully, the sets after that are much easier.
