    I want to hang for about 3-5 hours a day, 2 hours AM and 2 hours PM
    Then wear my extender during work, with low weight it seems to be nice, how do you guys think about this routine ? Is this to much ?
    I have been doing pe for about 2 weeks

    i would wait till you finish a 3 month beginner routine to condition your wang to save you from hurting your self but once your conditioned go hard just don't want to see you hurt your self good things come to those who wait

    you're right, I like the JP90 routine and want to see how much can i gain after completed it, after the gain stop i will hang and use an extender or ADS to cement my gains from hanging, that's just my plan
    After jp90, I will hang 4 hours a day and use an extender for about 4 hours a day total 8 hours, is that considered over trainning, just curious

    I think it is too much mentally. It will become a drain and sap the enjoyment out of PE. You can hang from the start, you can extend from the start but both together in my opinion is just too much of a time strain.

    I skipped jp90 and did a full on routine like that and I can tell you it's to much. You may be different for you but my erections suffered greatly if your in a relationship I wouldn't do it.

    It is best to extend until your no longer see gains. Then you can add hanging with extending. Extend first, then hang and extend after.
