Will Cock Ring Help With Head Size

I want my head to be at least 5.5 girth but right now its very small barely around 5. So how do cock rings work and what is the best kind. Is it better than doing ULIS?

A cock ring is 'meant' to be used during sexual activity (to keep blood in the penis and thus cause harder erections) wearing one would do just that. I think you should stick to doing uli's and progressions/ variations of these. I'd say vary your jelq as well so possibly think about holding the jelq for 3-4 longer nearer the head/ before letting go just to ensure that blood really fills the glands. Hope I helped.

I believe a Cock Ring could definitely help with growing your head. If you look at my starting pics compared to my most recent pics my head definitely grew over my year of PE.
I think it grew because of how much Jelqind i did pushing a lll that blood to the head. Plus wearing my "CEMENTER" helped to keep my whole dick especially my head full of blood all day long.
