Stealth inner wear size advice

What are people's experiences of using their sizing process to determine device size? I'm looking to buy one asap and wondering how people have found it?

would you advice going bigger, smaller, longer, shorter than they recommend etc?

i am asking as the sizer seems confusing. If you say you have a 5" shaft length, why does it the recommend a 3.2" device?

I sent a message asking Stealth about a similar sizing question. I just went ahead and ordered an E22 anyway. That's 4.9 by 2.8 rather than 3.7 by 2.8 like the sizer suggested. I hope it fits right. Hopefully someone that has one can chime in soon so we both will know for sure.
