I did jump straight into option two as many describe clamping this way (had done squeezing exercises before).

I don't see how it could be connected to conditioning, but who knows (does the brain understand no injury will happen and it's ok to stay erect while clamped?). My guess would be either you clamp as tight as possible and erection subsides, or you just clamp a good deal tighter and you manage to maintain the erection.

Ah I'm just guessing though, I can't even clamp anymore poor-poor me.

Look at the ab silicone clamping kit (order from ebay not the site, me thinks it's better) , you'll have all you need.

You can't get them in Irish hardware shops LLN, not that I have scoured and tried to find them or anything

You will have to order them online. The ABS silicone clamp package is what you need, as popo said. The silicone clamping sleeves are awesome and far superior to any other kind of protection from the clamp. I think it was less than 20 euro for two clamp sleeves and the clamp. You can also order cable clamps from the cable clamp website (US).

I know! Right when I finished typing that long answer I was like - "this dick doesn't even clamp anyway!" Haha, no problem though popol, I think the splitting up of the two types of clamping will be a good resource to point people towards. Anyway, let me know what you think of that phallosan when you get it

I received my air clamp last night and here is a my review.

Customer service:I ordered it Friday came Tuesday with Monday being a holiday and no mail. He shipped it fast And answer all my questions so customer service and shipping was great.

I bought this clamp for 3 reason it claims. To trap and maintain blood and erections better, Safer and easier on the veins, and no need to wrap. I feel it does all 3 extremely well. For the first time ever I stayed hard %100 the full 10 minutes without ever opening it to get more blood in. This gave me the best expansion by far from any clamping session I ever had. I used different wraps, tried the silicone sleeves and being 5.5 girth I still couldn't get the clamp tight enough to keep my penis that engorged and constantly pushing down to keep the clamp down. I didn't have to do this after the initial time.

Their is zero pain and discomfort. At least for me.Ive used heavy wraps, and silicone sleeve, you still feel that pressure digging in with a cable clamp It feels very soft and gentle on my cock. Monty states that it can not get the physical pressure of mechanical clamp but don't let that full you if you think it won't be as effective. I have clamped for a year in the past and about 5 months this time around.
