    I'mma just post some other newbie questions here.

    I've been reading around online, and I've noticed that there are quite alot of guys who have ditched the 2 x 10 minute routine for a 3 x 7 one when they're starting out. Thoughts?

    Also, I read somewhere about an exercise that is supposed to give you crazy width. You're supposed to clamp, then take two 6-8" by 4-5" flat smooth surfaced items and just squash your dick between 'em for a couple minutes per set. I'd argue that this will increase pressure on the dorsal vein to a dangerous level, but it seems to work for some guys. I believe it's on the ************* forum. Seems dangerous to me, but I'm intrigued. Might try it in a couple months.

I have clamped for a year in the past and about 5 months this time around. Because of it being able to hold my erection at %100 for a much longer time I think this is what made me able to push my expansion and in the process blow my cock up mass red spots on the bottom side. I only did 2 10 minute sets instead of my normal 3. It can be deceiving since you don't feel any discomfort and even thinking your condition well enough.

    I think all in a for me it's a fantastic. Do I recommend it? I'm not sure I want to commit to an answer. It did what it claimed ,I feel happy with ii and it took my clamping to a whole new level and anxious to see where I'll be in 6 months. What holds me from recommending it is the high price tag. It works wonders for me and others but might not for others or work as well as a cable clamp. I think this clamp is perfect for long session users, due to the soft nature on the veins and being able to hold well at a lower pressure.
    Any more thoughts on your air clamp since May?

    I'm actually going to post a couple of questions.

    So, I've following a short/intense routine of high erection level jelqing, intense uli's, and table presses everyday for 1 year. My penis is every well conditioned. I have done some clamping in the past. I am considering doing some clamping in the near future. I have limited time and privacy.

    1. For people who have done clamping before, do you feel that a single 10 min clamping session 2-3 times per week for an extended period of time (say 1 year) would increase girth?
    2. Can you multitask while clamping. For example, could I add the clamp and then do several sets of pull ups with the clamp on? (Although exercise could reduce blood flow to the penis).

    Interesting thought. In theory I would think holding the expansion for the 10 min would be more beneficial than 7 min because the tissue would be more exhausted for the last 3 minutes. But I am no expert.

    I do a similar exercise without a clamp that I call a table press. You get a full erection, let it subside a bit. Then kegel hard to push as much blood as possible into your penis. Take a tight grip on the base of your penis (as low as possible, to hold in the blood. Then lay your penis on a hard service just below waist level. With your free hand press down on your penis and either hold it for X seconds, or press in 1 second pulses for X seconds. I've been doing these for the last few months as part of my routine, for a total of 60 seconds for 1 set. I haven't measured yet.

    I agree that the clamp, which is more ridged than a human hand, could cause issues with dorsal nerve if you apply too much pressure with the 2 flat smooth surfaces.

    Clamp 3 times a week. Also throwing in some pumping. Jelqs, uli, squeezes. 100% girth work
