    Well I clamp on the second tightest setting and then clamp on the highest setting a while through. You are getting fresh blood in through kegelling. I don't usually clamp for 30 minutes as I cannot maintain my erection that long. 20 minutes is my sweet-spot. I don't care what you believe to be honest. Look up any of the big clampers such as big gyrta or red zulu, do your research before commenting on what you can and can't do.

    The most I've seen redzulu recommend is 15 minute sets. And redzulu uses behind the balls clamping, which is not as constrictive as normal clamping, the reason being is you can't clamp too tight right behind your balls without massive pain. Not saying your method isn't viable, but I wouldn't go around saying 20 minute sets is safe. I'm 6.2" base girth and clamp on the second tightest click. So, maybe I'm just clamping too tight and that's why I can't do more than 5-10 minutes. I could very well be the one in the wrong and maybe I have a misconception about how tightly one should clamp.

    So kick your membember is water proof! I easly get fluids into it so i have to go slower
    Howether it s better to increase time slowly and find our limits

    You have a larger girth that is why there would be more pressure and hence why 10 minutes are more than enough for you. I have a smaller girth so it isn't as tight on me, hence being able to do longer sets. Again, as I said, different strokes for different folks.

    Yeh exactly, that is my very point. I hate this "you are doing it wrong because you are only supposed to do x amount", everyone is different. I have heard of so many people getting fluid retention from clamping, I never even seen anything remotely like it. I get it really bad from the phallosan, but only very very rarely get it from air-pumping (even with 1 hour sets at low pressure). People just need to weigh up different people's experiences but ultimately see what is best for them, but while also taking in all of the precautionary advice and recommendations given.

    But sometimes i m deaf

    Ah yeh true, listening to others experiences is a key part of this game
    Hence, me reading Red Zulu's account too and realising I, personally, needed to increase the time gradually. I find 15-20 minutes perfect for me. What exercises do you guys perform while clamped?
