Originally I started a basic routine of manual work and saw some gains but wanted to up the ante for length so I purchased an extender. After three weeks of using the extender I felt that my penis was thinner both erect and flaccid, DO NOT LIKE AT ALL. I was wearing it directly after a PE session for up to three hours 5 days a week. Looking suggestions on timing, cut back on PE sessions? reduce wear time? how long should I wear it a day? Just need some advice because I would like to include it along with my routine because of the research. Taking a break til march (or longer seem to be turtling) ADVICE PLEASE!!!

Probably from a loss of EQ, you may need a bit less PE to start out. Try an hour a day because I can tell you for sure that extending will not give you any permanent loss in girth but a tired dick can hang this. If you are still getting good bones and no pain then stick with it.

Got to ask, perhaps you are a fast gainer and it is longer so maybe it looks thinner? If your length measurement is the same it would be a good idea to heed BigO's advice.
start PE on 2/4/13 - BPEL 6 7/8
March 2014 - 7 3/8 BPEL, girth 5 1/8 mid
Feb 2015 - 7 9/16 BPEL, girth 5 1/4 mid

When erect seems to be a little thinner don't know if possibly gained more length and have to "fill it in" but flaccid when just using the routine no extender more flaccid hang was thick and longer. I think in march I will start with something like this helicopters superset with 4 way stretch (after warm up) 3 minutes of jelq, 2 minutes of horizontal work (horse down shaft jelq back up) and end with clenchs for 10 sets of 3-5 seconds and follow that after warm down with hour of extender use. Too much? was doing routine 5 days a week, with extender use cut back on days (maybe 3 a week) and also don't wear extender on down days? Thanks for all the advice, sitting at a solid 7" erect want to get in the 8" range. Thanks again

I extend lots and never lost girth. I hope you get to the 8" range. Lets just say even if you lost girth you could easily gain it back with girth work after your legnth
