****This post is outdated I originally tried out the ESL40 knee/chest strap but it wasn't the best but if you keep reading this thread you will find out the best Belt/Strap that I found which is the TLC belt and I also showed the best wrapping technique with it. This thread was originally titled "Phallosan Forte with ESL40 Knee/Chest strap mod and thanks to MrB8 he granted my request of changing it to what it is now so that it won't be a misleading title****
I am always searching for ultimate comfort with extenders and I believe that using the chest strap/knee strap with Phallosan Forte will bring the ultimate comfort and infinite wear time without having to take a break due to discomfort. Some of you might say that the tension will be variable compared to the comfort belt of PF, and that is why I am going to buy these straps from the esl40 website to put it on the test and see what I will find. I agree that the tension might be variable, but then again nobody has really tried enough experimenting with their PF to know what's best.
The only way I can see the tension being variable with the chest strap is if you are sitting down and leaning down with your chest, otherwise if you are standing up, walking, or sitting up straight the tension should not change or very little if anything.
The knee strap I can see it varying a lot with the tension, but you can adjust the tension so that it will have an isolated range where it can only go as high or as low as you want where if you are walking or sitting it should only change little.
Ultimately, I believe these modification with the technology of PF will bring the ultimate comfort and the only reason to ever take a break is if you have to go to the restroom or the potential edema that slowly builds up throughout your day which should only be noticeable pretty much at the end of your day.
Nonetheless, I will buy those straps to see what I will find for myself and report all my experience here when I am done.Last edited by DreamOn; 03-29-2014 at 07:19 PM.

Cool, looking forward to hearing about your experiences
I also can't wait to see IronMonkey's alterations to the PF to make it into a hanger!

Hey Gents,
I tried a modified knee strap and the damn Phallosan springs squeaked every time I stepped. So I scratched that idea for day time use. Might be good for night time; but haven't got around to it.
I have the esl chest stap. If you bend over even slightly, it is rendered ineffective. If you lean back too much, it applies a ridiculous amount of pull.
It also made me feel like I was wearing a women's bra at times and sometimes felt like I was wearing a flak vest; in that I felt like my torso was being compressed too much. Just a half an inch forward or back can make a big difference in pull.
I hope you can find a way to make these solutions work DreamOn. I know you are a forward thinker and it take someone like you to further the art of PE.
Please keep us posted.
Kick,
The local machine shop is wanting too much to produce the design, so I am going to ask around to see if I can get a better deal somewhere national or international. I am also wondering if I should apply for a provisional patent first. Maybe the LG Hanger guy might be interested, I just don't know. Sorry DreamOn, I just went off on a tangent.

Thanks a lot for the feedback with your experience IronMonkey.
Yeah I thought about that with the chest strap too that if you lean forward it won't give any tension anymore, I'd have to experience it myself and do some experiments with it to see if I can make it work.
Also, what you can try to do with the knee strap is instead of wearing it around the knee try to wear the strap around your thigh instead and try to wear the PF around your waist as if you were to wear it like it's suppose to be with the comfort belt but instead of having a ring attach around the shaft you have the plastic clip attach to the strap on your thigh. So you attach the cord on the plastic clip and wear it around your waist and have the cord attach to the thigh strap so you won't need to have a comfort ring or anything attach to the shaft or base of your penis. This should eliminate the squeaky noises and discomfort that you feel when you wear the comfort ring after a long period.

DreamOn, i thought the same thing as u did. i was very hopeful that it would be the perfect ADS. i ordered a chest strap for my phallosan, it ended up being useless because first the universal size that i chose was too loose on my chest, second, i got extremely tired trying to tie my phallosan to the strap the chest strap is just a inch away from my penis when i stretch straight up. i can only do SO with the phallosan when im in my bed sleeping. i tried wearing the phallosan over the shoulder and it just made my shoulders sore.

I am going to try that out DreamOn. I may start to doing my nightly Phallosan sessions attached to my thigh and see how it feels. If I can eliminate that damn squeaking, then I may try to start wearing it to work again.
Thanks a million!

Why not try the tlc tugger straps with the clips and tie it too your knee for the knee strap idea, I like the strap a lot and if I get a phallosan sometime I will probably use this strap to attach it to my knee.
