So I got a bathmate about 3 weeks ago, and built up to a routine in the last week that was what I now know to be stupidly overzealous. I did not really get pain other than soreness here and there, and there is no real visible difference, i just cannot get hard. It has been 4 days since I stopped and I woke up from a sex dream today to find a slight engorgement but no erection like I would expect.
I am freaking out that I did serious damage. Especially since on the last usage I pulled out a purple pecker. The color went back to normal, but did oxygen deficit lead to serious nerve damage??? Is 4 days without an erection a normal occurrence for overdoing it even when I have never had problems getting erections in the past??

You just overworked your penis. Erections will come back, just leave it alone for a week, don't try to get an erection and most importantly, don't worry, because worrying releases anxiety which restricts blood vessels which then limits the blood flow to your penis, so your top priority is to not worry! Believe me when I say erections will come back, and if they don't come back, then get yourself down the doctors.
Give your dick a rest for a week!

Sorry about your injury, wishing you a speedy recovery.
You may want to provide more information on your injury and what are all the symptoms you are experiencing so that the members here can help you diagnose it.
I suggest that you completely lay off any form of PE until you are 100% recovered, and apply heat for 10 minutes, thrice daily, and don't try to get an erection, preferably not even touch it, just leave it be.
The information in the safety section provided in the first link above is necessary for future PE after recovery, and I recommend you follow a manual routine and be careful next time.

I think Jake Woods is right you need rest! You may be able to run, but if you try and run a marathon without building up to it you will probably struggle to walk after. I think you've just done a bit much, don't panic. You say you experienced slight engorgement today, this sounds like a sign your healing but not yet fully.
It's advisable to start with a beginner routine to condition your penis, take it easy to begin with, always warm up/down, take rest days to allow yourself to heal/grow and always pay attention to what your body is telling you (PI's).
There are lots of people here who will give you great advice.

hey guys, thanks for the feedback. I can't even look at that thing for now, much less consider doing any PE. Getting back to normal would make me appreciate my average size and performance more than ever.
I had jelqed on and off for a few years with modest gains so I guess I thought I could go all pro with the bm since it wasn't hurting too much. If I had done any research I would know that pros don't do stupid shit like that.
But anyway, It's day 5 since I used it. Last night, during the night I woke up with the first erection I've had since, not a great one but an erection none-the-less, so that was really nice to see. I went back to sleep and have not seen anything since. I will say the soreness was much more evident with the erection and there was a slight pulled muscle feel behind the head. I will continue to rest.
The other thing is there is significant loss of sensitivity. I wouldn't have minded a little, but it feels like at least a 50% loss.

Okay, so it will be a week tomorrow since my last usage. I still have a significant loss of sensitivity and I have not achieved a full erection yet. In fact The closest i have had is a very weak erection in the middle of the night like 2 nights ago, and what I think was a semi from manual stimulation today (I was in the car touching over my pants, so I couldn't really see to tell).
I have posted in several forums and people keep talking about EQ, but I have had an almost complete lack of ability to get erections at all. What are the chances I did permanent damage from de-oxygenation by not following the break every 15 minutes rule? I'm trying to keep my mind occupied, but it is really hard not to obsess over something this scary.
