I ordered the Phallosan Forte and made an attempt to contact them about getting my 3 free condoms has anyone else been ignored by them? What way did you succesfully reach them. I have tried email but I am thinking that phone may be better now. Also if I ordered my unit off of ebay what info do I need to give them to proove I bought it to recieve the condoms. I am affraid my condom will rip soon and I will not have any replacements available. Thanks guys keep on a stretchin!

The best way to contact them is by phone. I've had really good customer service that way.
As for buying it off eBay ... not sure. Wouldn't the deal only apply if you bought it off Phallosan direct and mentioned PEGym?

I think the deal only works if you buy the phallosan from their site and mention PE Gym.
A lot of people have had success by ringing them. If you are e-mailing them put "Julian" in the subject and hopefully he will respond sooner then.
