    Yes there are always three sides but if we take Crazy-Z's first post as accurate, we've been waiting a very long time. My personal concern is due to thinking ahead to the day when I might want to buy one of this companies products. If what I read here is anyting like the truth I won't be.
    Thanks for your moderation. I know from my own experience it's sometimes like trying to juggle too many swords.

    Thanks, I've read the rules but my memory isn't the best and, as is always the case with rules, interpretation can be subjective at times.

    I completely agree...it has been a while since we have heard anything from them. What is odd, is they usually reply quickly. So I will sit back with my popcorn and wait and see.

    I have e mailed Julian personally many times. Ive honestly never had a worse experience in my entire life with any kind of purchase anywhere in any context whatsoever. Ive tried to be patient ive e mailed over and over only to be continously ignored. It has now ben two more days since i posted this and nothing. As i log onto this site i see the phallosan forte advertisement flashing come spend your money now and it makes me even more angry that more people are sending them money as i write this. Maybe youll be lucky and get one that isnt defective if you decide to order one but i would do anything to go back and never have wasted my time and hard earned money. I am a regular guy not working for any other company thats ridiculous. I will be the first to say that this device may in fact be effective when its actually usable and i was soooo excited to try it. unfortunately 2 months and 365 dollars later and i still couldnt tell you if it works or not other then my horrible experience

    For the record ive posted many times but nothing recently. Ive ben off and on this site for a year and a half or more. I posted for two reasons,to warn others and because untill someone at phallosan fixes this or gives me a refund i will continue to post here as well as other sites and i will continue to register them on different scam reports and Rip off Reports. The man who had already put them on Rip off Report in 2009 said they absolutely refused to work with him in any way. They claim if the clear package is open they will not take it back however there was no way to visually spot all the defects in the device i received. ok fine cause its under warranty for two years right? Well yes except the warranty is only as good as the company behind it. So what the hell do i do now? I refuse to be ripped off walked on and taken advantage of. Im a single father recently divorced and decided to spend some of my hard earned money with this company whos ben in business 14 years now. How can they get away with this. In researching this device i found no real bad reviews. Nothing like my experience but now the more i search it seems many others have had bad experiences to and i wish i had read something like this before handing over my money. In my experience after they have your money you are not a priority for them anymore and as far as why Julian has ignored me i can only say this has ben the case the entire time. Even if he responds one day it may be many days or weeks or maybe not at all that he does get back tom you and even then you may not get any help. My entire experience has gotten worse every step of the way. Theres no excuse for this whatsoever unless Julian and the entire us customer service team has suffered a fatal accident but like i said during these entire last two months this has ben the way they have conducted themselves

    I think phallosan should step up and send a completely new package to this guy, it sounds very complicated so just start over instead of sending him a bunch of parts (and for the head fuck this guy has been through). thats just what i think tho

    I would recommend that you all consider getting an LG hanger, about the same price, well built and you can hang for a long time. I would also bet you could rig it up as an extender as well. I could damn near drive to where they are made from my house and I always get great service from LG info.

    I've had awful experiences with a number of companies not answering emails. Emails themselves are too easy to ignore or delete (accidentally sometimes!). With US companies often not answering emails I've found sending the same message via snail mail or fax usually gets a quick response.
    On the other side ( not that I'm trying to let anyone off here) the flood of emails some businesses receive is often enough to drown workers who are expected to perform too many tasks even before they handle email. A side issue is that many companies are banning their staff from receiving or sending email, private or otherwise and vet everything before a specific problem is handed over to an individual staff member.
