Let me add that does anyone else find it odd that they are completely aware of this post but have chose not to say anything at all? The silence is deafening. Also im not aware of anyplace to buy a tension gauge but ya that and the built in pump are really the only thing making the phallosan unique. I honestly cant believe after spending 365 bucks i still dont have a working device over two months later and am now thinking of trying something else. Though i cant afford it,i saved up for months for the phallosan and am still paying for the divorce after my wife walked out.Things just keep gettin better. JK. Gota keep a sense of humor or i woulda blown my head off by now. Anyway, theres some very similar products minus the tension gauge. Maybe ill just invent my own. It wouldnt be that hard and since ive ben doing pe a couple years and actually use the products im sure i could design something superior. While this was never my intention and im half joking its true and any of us could do it and if we wanted to sell it could do so for much cheaper. Since this company seems to have someone running it who is in my opinion morally lacking as well as not the brightest especially in a business sense, that is exactly what will happen weather its me or you or some other big company. If anyone is aware of any new good products id like to hear them. Ill mention some ive looked at and if thats not ok i think tghe moderator can take it out however im getting a personal trainer cert. and do not and never have worked for any male enhancement company of any kind. The grip system looks dope,expensive but really cool and looks sturdy and well built. I have an old x4 labs extender which was the most painful pos ever by the way. Im thinking about the autoextender autovac modified kit. Forb 120 bucks you can use it for an extender an ads/ans with harness or for light hanging but the new 4model says can hang up to ten pounds. I didnt like the vlc tugger. Im uncut and still couldnt get it to stay on with any real pull. The male hanger is cheap but painful as hell. I gave up on that fast. Its supposedly an almost exact match to the bib but the bib hardcore which BIB says to not ever start your hanging career with the hardcore. Malehanger makes no such statement which i personally thought was a little bogus and unsafe. The esl hanger cup is really nice for light stretching. For hanging ive ben using a sock hanger and after buying the Malehanger and hating it so much i found an old Big Al post where he tells how to make it. Within two minutes with stuff in my bedroom made a hanger for free thats comfortable as hell and have hung so far ten pounds with it,and counting. I just wrap with a cut sweatshirt and a theraband and tie the sock hanger onto that wrapping. It works great. I know im off the subject now but just a couple thoughts on what ive found that works.

CrazyZ: Since the product was shipped broken and you unsuccesfully tried to resolve it with the company. Then contact pay pal and forward them the warranty and emails you sent and received. They would still put a hold on the money. It doesnt matter if its over 2 months because you have proof. So if you paid by pay pal then go online and open a dispute. Because they are not honoring their warranty. So do it now.

I have personally replied to all your emails you have sent us..... and you sent 18 emails!!!
We have sent you a replacement for your pump straight away, but like mentioned before, its being sent from EUROPE, thats why it cant be there at the next day.
I have personally cancelled all your other replacement parts which would have been sent out the same day you wrote to us, but your manners and behavior is the worst ever seen. You call us thieves, ripping you off and that you will destroy us!!! Do you really think this helps??? Then you mention to file a rip off report! You do not even give us one day to respond and file a report against us? And you mention another report from 2009, that is perfect, we are in business since 14 years and only have one rip off report, not counting yours! You are the only one complaining in such a uncivilized way. Everyone in this forum knows that i help and send any kind of replacement straight away, but not if someone writes to me:
"you ripped off the wrong person this time and i will do EVERYTHING in my power to destroy your companies reputation and credibility. Ive had my money and time taken from me with nothing in return but **** customer service and a defective piece of **** product. No more energy wasted trying to get your company to do its job. Ive ben ripped off dicked around and flat out lied to for the last time by your company. Now i better get to work,see im unemployed, extremely ****ing angry and have nothing better to do then take action against you so that is where my energy will go instead of wasting my time with your ****ty con artist lying customer service reps."
You sent this email on the 17th, due to Easter our office was closed from the 18th till the 21st, we answered you immediately on the 22nd!
I do not like fights or arguments which dont lead to any results.
I am willing to help you and sending you the entire spare parts you need, but i definitely dont do this when being threatened or insulted.

You are God damn right I’m for real. You have illustrated my point perfectly. I have sent you 18 emails in a 2 ½ month span and you are blatantly lying to say that you responded to every one of them. I CAN NOT believe on the World Wide Web you would openly admit to cancelling my order because of my so called rude behavior. You mentioned Easter weekend but that was TWO MONTHS to the day after I had placed my order. After two months of being ignored and lied to repeatedly, my patience was non-existent at that point. The bottom line is that you have my money and I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. I wasn’t aware that “rudeness” on my part gives you the right to take my money and not deliver the product. Your behavior is mind boggling. Let me be clear that the man from 2009 was the very first site that came up. It took me seconds to find however there are many others and even many on this exact site, even on this same post, who say that emailing your customer service is a complete waste of time and that you disappear for long periods of time. So whenever your little heart desires and when you feel like getting around to actually doing your job (and apparently as long as they haven’t been rude and hurt your feelings) then you will respond to customers and their requests? That is NOT customer service. So you just randomly disappear as countless people go through the same thing I have, only I decided to take the time to document it. How many others out there finally just gave up? If you sent me the pump straight away then why did it take WELL over a month to arrive? Even from Germany it doesn’t take a month and a half. I also have been assured 4 separate times that the condom sleeves and protector caps have been shipped to me and they never arrived 2 ½ months later. Either the USPS has lost my order SEVERAL times or I am being lied to. How can you find any reasonable excuse for this? After I received your email the last time stating everything was shipped I then received a threatening email immediately after stating your company refuses to send me anything further. Once again I emailed asking for clarification of what is going on and was ignored. I attempted again the next day or so and was ignored once again. I have eagerly checked my mailbox around 70 something days in a row only to be disappointed each day, so to state that I waited only a day for a response is a complete falsehood. The fact is that if you and/or SOMEONE in your company had just done your job this post wouldn’t even exist. PERIOD. Also the condom sleeves are totally worthless anyway and I have made my point loud and clear, with your assistance. Pointing out your company’s incompetence, immoral business practices, and sheer stupidity has been like shooting fish in a barrel. You have created and prolonged the situation and all I have done is report on it and point it out. If you’re waiting for an apology from me dream on. I’ve wasted far too much time effort and energy on you clowns so I tell you what if this is the way you want to end this post that’s fine with me so that every single person who comes across it will see that EVEN after admittedly charging me 365 dollars and jerking me around for two and a half months you STILL in the end ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to just do your job and send me what you owe me. In the end it’s a hell of a lot more damaging to you then me and you have far more to lose. If I have saved even one person from having to go through this then something has been accomplished. You have my e-mail you have all along. I’m not holding my breath but if you do decide to do your job and send me what I’m owed I have no problem reporting this as well, as I have stated many times. This was NEVER my intention and despite what I previously said I do have a hell of a lot better things to do then waste my money time and effort on this ridiculous bs. Maybe you should take a class or something like business 101 I don’t know. All I do know is I’m washing my hands of this. If I give any more of my time to this then I will be continuing to allow you to affect my life in a negative way. I don’t know you, I had no personal problem with you or your company prior to you creating this situation. I have no idea how any of his would stand up in a court of law but the problem with all such international transactions is the supplier actually has no legal liability under international law, only under local law IF they supply from their local import agent within the customer's own country. So, the lesson here is if you plan on purchasing anything over the web first try and locate a local import agent. If there isn't one then be warned. Doesn't matter if it's a dick stretcher, a music server or a corporate jet, you have no protection when buying off-shore.
If payment was made by Paypal you may have some chance of getting your money back but there's no guarantee of that either.
We should however all be asking ourselves why a company such as the subject of this thread does not have an import agent within foreign legal juristictions. Think we know the answer to that one.Last edited by Dissily; 05-02-2014 at 12:50 AM. Reason: Improved clarity of expression, if you must know.
