    I am writing this to share my nightmare experience with Phallosan Forte. I started by emailing them about some questions I had about their product as recommended by another customer (probably a fake), who stated that I would receive a response within the hour. Three separate times I waited a week with no response whatsoever. Finally, the fourth time they answered me. The Phallosan had been on back order for at least a month, but they assured me that if I placed my order, it would be shipped by a certain date. So I placed an order.

    The shipping date came and went, so I emailed them again. They responded with a new shipping date, but that one came and went. So I emailed them once again. This happened a total of four times. Each time they responded with a new shipping date and the assurance that all would be made right.

    Finally, they apologized and offered to include three additional “protector caps” and four condom sleeves for free with the order. The order did finally arrive, however, there was nothing additional included in the order, as promised. I also noticed that there was no instruction manual or any type of directions included. After finding directions on YouTube, I attempted to use the device. The very first time I tried the product, the device ripped in half. I thought I had broken it until, upon closer inspection, I realized that it was not correctly assembled. The piece that houses the springs was not correctly assembled (not tightly screwed on) which resulted in this malfunction.

    I was able to reassemble the part, however, in the process, I discovered that the piece which clips onto the “bell” was warped and not functioning properly. As a result it wouldn’t and couldn’t fasten to the bell, which I could only fix by tightly wrapping a rubber band around it – hardly ideal.

    At this point, I again attempted to use the product. Although completely jerry-rigged, it did appear to initially function as intended. But once again, that was a fleeting fix (i.e., it didn’t work). The device didn’t work, due to lack of suction. After much trial and error, I found that it was the pump/valve that wasn’t working when moved into the locking position. It immediately loses suction at this point and you slip out of the device.

    I spent the next week or so trying to contact the company using various methods (email and phone calls) at various hours (considering that they are in Germany and the time difference/challenge that represents). This company is very slow to respond, with many days passing between communications. Their “customer service” department is a joke. They actually sent me a video on how to fix this piece, but it didn’t work. They then requested that I send a picture of the broken piece, even though there was nothing noticeably wrong in the picture. I was then informed that this could take some time, as this was NOT a piece that they sell separately.

    This continued for another week or so until finally, on the verge of threatening them, I received an email from someone named “Julian” that the new piece had been sent, along with the now five bonus condom sleeves and three protector caps. He told me to enter his name in the subject line so that I could contact him directly from here on out. I thanked him and proceeded to wait for my order.

    In the meantime, I managed to rig this device with a rubber tubing connected to the end of the bell, which sucked the air out manually, which created enough suction to produce about 30 minutes of use at a time – extremely aggravating and annoying.

    Also, by this time, the one medium condom sleeve provided had ripped and the color-coded weight gauge (just a sticker) had proceeded to peel off and get hung up in the springs, thus preventing proper usage. I replaced the condom sleeve with a balloon (a tip I received from PE Gym) and peeled off the rest of the gauge sticker so that I could attempt to use the device.

    Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, as I tried to put it on with my crappy jerry-rigged method, the plastic piece underneath the sticker snapped. I wanted to cry. I emailed Julian immediately, practically begging for his help and explaining, once again, my horrible experience up to this point. After no response for two days, I again tried to email him. On the third day, I did receive an automated email indicating that the new tension clip had been shipped.

    I responded and asked for clarification about the shipping date and mentioned that nothing else previously promised had arrived, even though it was now three days past the date they had assured me I would receive the shipment.
    The next day I received a brief email assuring me that this past shipment had, in fact, gone out as well as the new shipment of the tension clip. Finally, I received a small package in the mail. When I opened it, I could not believe that the only thing it contained was one single condom sleeve. I am past my breaking point with this company. I have considered letting the $365 investment go (which is a very big deal to me, considering I’m just a regular guy, a single father, who works very hard for very little money). I’m pretty sure that’s what they hope I’ll do.

    However, I refuse to do that and have attempted to contact Julian over the last two days with no response yet again. I filed a Ripoff Report and guess what, found that this company is already listed from a guy who reported a similar story in 2009. So obviously this is how they have been treating their customers for years and will most likely continue to do so. I’m not going to stop until I have my money or a product that works (or their head on a platter).

    If you are considering purchasing a Phallosan Forte, just be aware that three months from now, you may be out $365 with nothing to show for it other than a defective piece of junk and a big headache. If anyone reading this has had a similar experience I urge you to comment on this post and possibly join forces with me. These business practices are downright criminal. This company should not be allowed to hide behind a foreign address and a computer screen. Let the buyer beware!

    In fact I've had several issues i.e. two broken pumps and I even thought I lost my spring clip thingy part and Julian was even going to mail me a replacement out till I emailed to say if found it . I can't say for sure what's happened in your case and even I can say that there customer service isn't what it was but I'd say your case is a extreme one and I'm pretty sure that when Julian shows up he'll more than apologise and fix this for you no prob

    Despite what may be claimed on their website you'll be looking at a couple of weeks at least before you get a tracking number in my experience. E-mailing them I found to be a total waste of time - I've never got a response that way. The support thread here is the only place you're likely to get a response, and Julian has a tendency to vanish for long periods even from that.

    Legal action against Phallosan is very unlikely to succeed from outside Germany. The best revenge against such practices is to find an alternative product and promote it here. Suggestions anyone?
    * Has he bothered to respond on the forum to any of the criticisms received here? It appears not. It would be an interesting exercise to research Phallosan's company records in Germany.

    OK, I'm not a moderator and I don't have a full understanding of all the forum's rules but this action strikes me as somewhat unecessary considering the details contained in the original post. If I was paranoid I'd suspect a sponsor was being protected. I hope I'm wrong.

    There are always three sides to a story... I would wait to here back from the second party to see what is going on. Maybe there is a reason there has been no contact. I don't know. Just my 2 cents
