Thread: VLC Tugger vs Phallosan

Hello guys, been doing a bunch of reading on here and have narrowed down my selections between the 2 devices in the title. I work 10 hour days and am looking for something that is super comfortable yet effective and also pretty oblivious that can be worn for many hours as well as sleep.
Although the Phallosan is much more expensive than the VLC, if the gains are better than it is justified. Out of the aforementioned 2 devices, which would be the better choice? Are the gains between the 2 much different?

Hey man. I own both devices and have written extensively about them on the blog in my signature.
In short, both are suitable, but the Phallosan will give you quicker results. The VLC works, but the company started as a foreskin restoration company, so they never set out to do penis enlargement. If you use the VLC with the leg strap, there is no way to check tension etc, so you go on your gut and pain tolerance. If you use the VLC with the SizeGenetics, it's much more effective for PE, but also uncomfortable to wear to work. Trust me.
The Phallosan is expensive, but the most comfortable device out of them all. You will however, need to spend some time adjusting to the vacuum pressure. 3 hours is too long for me, as my glans starts hurting, but 2 hours is fine. That means I still have to take a break every two hours. It takes some time to put on and take off, so if you're working, you'll be spending a lot of time in the gents. (until you get use to wearing it for longer periods).

Strapping gives you very precise control over tension. You can mark spots on the strap and see how far apart they are during use. Then reproduce that degree of elongation with a weight you can measure, IF you care about the exact amount of force you're using.
But force is irrellevant. STRESS in the skin (stress is force divided by the cross-sectional area to which it is applied) is what matters, and that varies from person to person even at the same exact force level. So forget force and use the 4-Hour Rule to fine-tune the tension level.
To max out on tugging force with the VLC, make sure you apply it so you're gripping as much skin as possible, to spreard out the gripping pressure (because if the local pressure on the skin exceeds your systolic blood pressure you'll get ischemic pain and need to stop). Then try the device with the strap. For a leg strap I recommend you route the strap from the front of the knee instead of the side for best walking/sitting tension concistency. If the device stays comfortable for a designated wear duration (restorers use 4 hours, PE guys might use less at a sitting) then try a greater tension next time. If it doesn't stay comfy, check fit and application and try again. If it's still no-go, you MUST decrease the strap length to reduce tension.
Once you dial in to your best setting, that's it. There is no need to keep increasing with time. But if you're also gaining slack skin you may find you can increase the tension as you have more skin to spread the gripping force out over.
