    Hello I am very curious about air pumping for girth. I know the best way to do it is long sets and low air pressure if you're after erect girth. I have a few questions for you guys.

    1. Is it better to go into the tube as erect as possible? Or does it not really matter how erect you are??
    (Keep in mind I am after erect girth)

    2. Do you think I could gain 1 inch in erect girth from pumping ALONE over the course of 3 years?? If not, how much would you estimate I could gain from pumping ONLY, (no jelqs, squeezes, uli's etc...) Just air pumping.

    3. I have read many posts saying that you should never go over 5hg while pumping for long sets, but today I just read a post that said in order to keep gaining you have to keep increasing the air pressure, so does this mean that I should eventually be working my way up to like 6hg? 7hg, 8hg? and so on? Or should I never go over 5hg?

    I am currently pumping for 30 minute sets, at 5hg, two days on 1 day off. Please let me know what I need to do in order to see girth results.

    4. Once I'm an experienced pumper, do you think it would benefit me to add in some clamping after im done pumping? or would that be overkill and ruin my gains?

    5. Does air pumping increase the smooth muscle in the penis like other girth exercises do? Or does pumping not benefit the smooth muscle at all?
