    Is there someone who gained alot with clamping?
    Can you share there detailed your routine: how many sets , day on and off , etc.

    I heard Big Girtha has added a lot but he is from Thunders, not sure what his clamping routine was.

    I think it was like 2 inches

    Yes there are but not alone because you don't want to clamp all the time for a routine which really isn't healthy for you penis due to oxygen deprivation. Most it is a combo of jelguing, edging and clamping during the week. I literally had to clamp to force my upper region which is heavily thick in fiber to start to break down. It is my Achilles heel in PE.

    Isn't it recommended to jelq for 10 minutes or so to restore proper blood flow after clamping?

    You have to kegel tonnes when you are clamping to ensure blood-flow up through your shaft. It is a great exercise and also "makes" me do my kegels, otherwise I would forget or wouldn't bother haha

    So basicly you would just have to change the total kegels you do during the day if you clamp?

    Or you just get all your kegels in during clamping?

    Yeh I'd say so. I only do kegels when I jelq or clamp to be honest. I always mean to do r.k. but I forget to.
