Bathmate is a scam. Based on this site's information and using a link to Bathmate, I bought a Hydromax 9. I used it for about 30 days and was not satisfied. At first I suggested an exchange for a 7, but didn't hear from them for 3 weeks. After a few more sessions, I wrote them requesting a refund based on their 60 day guarantee. They said no, that I hadn't bought it at their site. BATHMATE IS A SCAM.

Hello existing and future members. Just found this site while researching alternatives to Bathmate products. I want to share my experience with the company to help save others from the customer No Service Abyss.
Before anyone purchases a Bathmate product, no matter where it's from do your own research on their customer service. Do not rely on the articles or comparison articles, these will steer to a purchase.
My story - I processed an order via their official website the end of 'JUNE' - the first shipment was lost by the shipping company (not their fault) but if you have similar issue be aware they want you to do the leg work to find the package. After many emails of communication over a few weeks they decided to reprocess another fulfillment order for delivery. When the package was delivered it was not the purchased HydroXtreme7 but instead an envelope which was immediately sent back. So here we are now 7 weeks later and the HydroXtreme7 ordered has not been delivered. I tried working with the incompetent employees in the sales and support groups (email strings went through 5 people) but that got me in a circle jerk email string. I have canceled my ordered via the payment method used.

Going to try the Penomet system. I have not confirmed but read it is the only approved actual medical device.

The site you mentioned has no affiliation with PEGym. The only commonality is the type of product sold.

So are you saying with 100% certainty the product does not come from the same company I listed (located in the U.K.)? I believe no matter where Bathmate products are purchased they still come from the same company. Any purchase will be condoning the terrible customer no service. If someone wants to purchase; good for them and good luck! It is not always about whether a product is the best on the market. The support behind them says a lot and for me this company doesn't have the right company values, trust me I gave them plenty of chances within the 7 WEEKS!

My writing was merely to let others looking for a device read my experience. Doesn't take much searching, even here on this forum to read other stories of failed support by this company.

PEGym can't speak for the site you purchased your product from.

Most bathmate sites you'll see operate on an affiliate or retailer basis. Products are purchased from the wholesaler and are sold via websites or ebay. Each individual site will have their own customer service, policies and even price variations.
