well it seems that when i pump it down, to try and get a seal, it doesnt stick. the water and air gets pushed out the top as if the suction is being created, but then there is no seal...

hi all my measurements are just over 7" bpel and 5.5 meg i have had a look at the bathmate website i think the best size for me would be the hydromax x40 would anyone in the know agree with this?

I ordered the x30 a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase. However, I didn't realize the xtreme versions came with a hose with a handpump.

I am interested in purchasing just the hose as the accessory, but it doesn't seem any bathmate sites offer just those hose and handpump.

Is there any way to buy that directly from you?

I have a question. Why do some people say they can't do too much of the bathmate? What exactly are the symptoms so to speak that cause some guys to say they can only do so much? Can it cause breathing difficulty or any issues with circulation?

This is because the bathmate is an intense exercise. Doing it too much can lead to general overtraining and negative PIs. Specifically to the bathmate, too much can lead to edema and too much fluid buildup.

After checking many sites my measurements were 6.3 bpel and 4.9 erect girth. So After reading many blogs and forums the x40 was recommended to be my size but I could have gotten the x30 as well.


Let me first say I have no prior PE experience. I'm looking to add maybe a length to my eg, a longer flacid length and maybe a inch in girth. Nothing to drastic.

I received the x40 a few days ago. I noticed how big it was. I cannot keep a tight seal. I have shaved, used water etc I'v watched over 15 videos.

I'm not sure if the pump is defective or not. The other thing I have noticed is that the gator/base of the x40 is so big it touches where my fat pad meets my inner thigh no matter what position i have it in. I have tried numerous positions with and without the comfort pad.

I guess I should have gotten the x30 or maybe Hercules would have been ok. I'm not sure what to do now, send it back to bath-mate or maybe or sale it by other means...????..

The hand pump and hose can only be used on the extreme models. The valves are different between the 30x and the 30x Extreme. So goes the same for the 40x models. They are not interchangeable.

Sounds like a good choice. I think the 30 could still be used for a time, but I think the 40 would give the best long term investment.
