    That is looking like the best option for me at the moment, seems like the cheapest and easiest to make. Hopefully I get some more replies. What do you think of it yourself? Would it be a viable option?

    Thought I would bump this thread back up again as there have been a lot of people talking about modifications to make the phallosan into a hanger recently. Would be good to get some more people's ideas and insights into the topic

    I'd love to use the pf as a hanger after I hit 2k hours. Sometimes while I'm in the phallosan I'll grab the plastic hook deal and just stretch downwards for a while and wow it really feels good. Idk why.. I get a totally different feeling in my ligs when I stretch downwards.

    Yes I agree mate, and I believe there are more gains to be had from phallosan users while hanging. You would be getting different ligament gains, because the phallosan mostly hits different ones because it is to the side, while straight down it is your suspensory ligaments. This is an idea I have anyway. I am waiting to hear about DreamOn's gains as he has moved to hanging recently.

    Makes sense. I really feel like I'd gain faster if I incorporated some downward stretching... Should I wait until I hit 2k hours with the phallosan before I hang a little bit with it? I'm almost at 800 hours.

    I personally would wait and did wait with just the phallosan and some manual PE. I would wait until you stop seeing gains with your routine before incorporating hanging. When you go 500+ hours without any gain with the phallosan, then that is a sign to switch to hanging in my opinion.

    Alright. Idk. I just feel so tempted to just hang for an hour with it daily like put just enough weight so it goes into the beginning yellow area bcuz that's how much tension I use for 10 hours a day right now.

    Ok wow so I tried hanging with the pf. I did it for 20 mins while standing in my kitchen watching a movie on my iPad. I got a shoe, tied the strings to the plastic
    ring hook deal on the pf then put a can of beans in the shoe and it put the tension in the beginning yellow. It felt great... I just don't understand how making your suspensory ligament longer would make your penis longer? I really want to start hanging everyday after my extender sessions... How long do you have to hang daily to gain?

    Another thing I don't understand is how can you expect to make gains by hanging 2 hours a day with low weight when you can't extend for 2 hours a day with the same weight and expect gains? I'm considering doing 2 hours hanging everyday idk how much weight this shoe and can is but like I said it's in the beginning yellow so probably 2-3 lbs. I was thinking 4 / 30 min sets everyday followed by 10 hours extending. I also do high erection jelqs and erect squeezes 2 on 1 off in the morning. This hanging just feels great. I never get this deep ligament stretch by wearing the phallosan normally.

    I suggest you read hanging 101 and blink's hanging tips in the device stickies if you want to learn more about hanging it will pretty much cover every question you may have in regards to hanging. Hanging is different from extending so the feeling will definitely be different if you're used to one but not the other. From experience though I can tell you that if you want to get serious into hanging then you will probably have to give up extending and vice versa. I tried to do both but it was just impossible for me and it was too much for my penis. If you want to get some results from hanging the recommended time is at the very least 10 hours per week to see gains and you will need to hang every day.
