    I've been slacking lately because I've been partying a lot. Gotta get back on track... However my routine is this:

    When I wake up I warm up in the shower then I do 150 high erection jelqs and maybe about 20 erect squeezes. I then plan on doing my first hanging set of the day for 30 mins. I'm guessing this shoe/can is a couple lbs because it goes into the very beginning yellow. I will then immediately strap into the phallosan and start my timer for 10 hours. I will do 3 more 30 mins hanging sets throughout the day. Lunch, evening, and right before bed, each for 30 mins equaling 2 hours hanging time which is separate from my 10 hours in the phallosan. How's that sound?

    That sounds like a hell of a lot to put in your PE routine, sure you are not overtraining? What is your EQ like? What about your other PIs? I suppose it is a very low weight for the hanging so it might be okay. It all depends on how it feels to you and if you think it is too much or just right.

    Well Idk how my eq is bcuz I don't masturbate anymore. I've only done the hanging once so far. Yeah you're right it is a lot.. I'm going to give my dick a little rest today and just wear my phallosan.. I'll tryto start this routine tomorrow and see ghow it goes I guess.

    I suppose if you are only doing 10 hours in the phallosan, and have been wearing it a long time, then it would be okay to supplement it with some hanging. Because you said your routine is so erratic lately, I would incorporate things gradually though. See how the hanging goes today, you should really be strapping into the phallosan straight after your hanging sessions to get that extra stretch out of your dick post your hanging sessions. Keep us posted. Turtling isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, although some say it is, it is just your dick recovering imo. If I have a heavy workout my dick will turtle for a little while after. It is a sign of overtraining if your dick is turtling all day though and you should probably ease up on your workload.

    Yesterday was my 2nd time hanging with the phallosan. I'm really going to start doing it for 2 hours a day now. I feel like my flaccid hang is already longer. Hanging with the phallosan feels amazing and so far I love it. Just the feeling of the lig stretch and inner penis feels great, something wearing the phallosan normally as an ads doesnt give me. I will increase the weight after about a week.

    A week is way too short of a time to increase the weight in my opinion. A tip that I have read about hanging and gains is that you should only start increasing the weight after you stop feeling fatigue at that weight.

    Yeah, that's a good point.. I have a feeling I'll probably be good at this weight for a while(very start of yellow). Like my ligs feel slightly sore but it's kind of a good sore if you know what I mean. I think I read somewhere that people with very high erection angles like me gain a lot from hanging. I'm not sure why..

    It sounds as though that is the same weight I hung for on two occasions with the phallosan and it felt intense enough for me, even though I was on the red zone wearing the phallosan normally. The ligaments were sore and felt worked out afterwards. I would stick with two hours of hanging at that weight everyday at least two or three weeks more before even thinking about changing anything. And then after that I would add more sets (3 or 4 hours a day) at that weight until you are fatigued then after another few weeks.

    Myself and DreamOn were conversing via PM and both of us have the same opinion that it would be best to hang low weights for longer periods before increasing weights, so as to max out all gains at lower weights rather than jumping up with the weight and toughening up your dick too quickly. It will definitely be the approach that I am going to take when I get into hanging in a few months time. I did the same with the phallosan, as low tension as possibly until there was no fatigue and only moved up very gradually, and it worked great for me.

    Bib has the theory that people with high erection angles and LOT (loss of tug) gain a lot quicker and easier with hanging straight down. Something to do with tighter suspensory ligaments making for more gains etc.

    Yeah this weight definitely feels intense. It feels just perfect. I'll definitely just stay at this weight for a while. It's pretty cool to be one of the first people hanging with the phallosan.

    I just checked my loss of tug and it's at about 5 o clock.
