    I just read a little of the lot theory and it said people with a high lot get most ligament gains. So I have a low lot yet high erection angle. Not sure what this means.

    I think I tested it right. I grabbed my penis and pulled straight up and did kegals and slowly stretched it down until I felt no tug back. When I got to about 5 to 6 o clock I felt no tug back.

    haha, there is no 5 o'clock tug, it is between 12 and 6, 6 being pointing to the ground

    Oh lol alright then my lot is 6 o clock. What's the significance of a high erection angle and low lot if anything?

    Wow it says people with 6 o clock lot probably won't gain much from hanging straight down.

    The thing is though that the LOT theory is redundant, lots of people have gained with all types of LOTS and erection angles.

    Alright. That sounds better... That theory makes it sound like you can't gain shit if you have a low lot. I made a separate thread about this because I'm curious to see how many people here have put that theory to the test. I'm hanging right now and man it feels so good. I can totally feel those ligs stretching out big time... I know I definitely have tight ligs.

    I wouldn't base my hanging on the LOT theory if I were you. Here's an advice go and max out your ligaments by hanging low angles and once you've maxed that out then go max out your tunica. Plain and simple and don't let the LOT theory put you down because it's nothing but a theory.

    Yeah I guess that theory has been obsolete for a while. Didn't know that. Had me worried there for a minute after reading it. Since I'm hanging and wearing the phallosan I'm working on maxing out both my ligs and tunica simultaneously right?
