    Hi guys, so im using my home made PF addon for 2 years - position mostly laying in bed with weight up to 10 Kg. I have gained 2.3 cm in length and 0.7 cm in girth (thanks to jelq or bathmate). My left curvature was improved only little.
    My problem with PF was ring which wasnt comfortable for longer periods.

    Morning program:
    hot shower 5 min
    bathmate 10 min low preasure
    jelquing/stretching 2 min
    bathmate 10 min with higher preasure
    jelquing/stretching 2 min
    PF hanging 20 min
    jelquing/stretching 2 min
    PF hanging 20 min
    warm down with rice / sometimes only jelquing/stretching

    Evening:
    variable, some jelq, stretch, sex, sport
    antiturtle - trying stealth, but my glans cant keep it well.

    I am hanging a gallon of water from mine. I have a zero gravity recliner so i just hang the bottle of water over the edge and can control the tension by reclining the chair. Just started so it's enough weight. Maxs out the Phallosan scales. Nice comfortable tug tho about 8 lbs.

    I'm hanging 8#(a gallon jug of water) from my Phallosan. Everything seems cool but I'm getting edema (doughnut) on my frenulum after. Don't know why cause the sleeve condom seems to be distributing the load all along the shaft of my dick. Why edema just at the end? 'Like I had a really rough jack off session when I was a teenager. 'Scared the hell out of me then. I thought my dick was ruined forever! The Phallosan is not pulling only on my glans end. Can't figure it out. I'd like to keep it up but don't want to grow a foreskin (no offense to uncut guys, they are nice too).

    No, I cover my glans by foreskin or tape, because I had blisters without it. I have some discoloration from Bathmate, but nothing to worry about.

    I hang an 8# jug of water from mine but that's about max.. I hang for about an hour twice a day. Very comfortable in my recliner it hangs over the edge. It grips cock well. I tried standing once and the white clip fell off but didn't break.

    I've been hanging for 7 years off and on. Captains wench, vac hanging, pump hanging and I've also added a pully system so i can lay down and hang weights from a pully attached to the ceiling with a hook.

    I seem to get blisters when I venture above 9lbs. I do a wrap with a reusable condom and/or foreskin which helps. Using a tape wrap sounds good.

    Pully pump hanging is great. Feels like the ultimate work out but can cause edema fairly quick as pumps generally do when not conditioned properly.

    I've gained a lot from hanging. Straightened out, added length and base girth.

    i bought phallosan cup + pump from their accessories on their store and i am hanging with it. I was using cheap chines vacum ads for hanging but the phallosan cup is much better shape and its much more comfortable for hanging less pain less skin pinching. I am hanging 4hours perday split into 1hr sets and upper angles.
    For guys unable to handle the tissue stress from normal hanging vacum hanging is great idea i am a vet and making gains now because of the increased hanging time i couldnt do with bib hanger.. due to overstressing my other tissues but not reaching fatigue. Vacum hanging hits different.
