I'm just asking you guys, I'm new to this I'm flaccid 4.2 x 4 and erect 6 x 5 I've just got a bathmate and pump for 15 minutes going from 140 then 150 and 160 for the last 5 minutes. I'm doing it every day, it's only week 1 and just after some advice on how often and length of time. Any help is appreciated guys.

If you're looking for permanent gains don't overdo the pressure. Pumping until no more water comes out is a good way to get massive temporary expansion, but this is all fluid build up and at best useless in terms of permanent gains. Plus it's a good way to end up with a penis that looks like a deflated balloon covered in bruises.
Stick to gentle pressures, especially when starting out. The bathmate unfortunately doesn't have a proper gauge, but a good rule of thumb is if you're going past your normal BPEL on the scale on the side you're overdoing it. If you're getting any significant amount of red dots, or any kind of bruising then ease up.
15 mins most days is fine. Monitor how your penis looks after a session. It should look normal, or at most a bit fluffed up, in less than an hour if you're in the right kind of region for safe gains.
