Hi every one well I just want to know how you guys form shoulders when you hang I have been hanging for 2 months now but I realized my glands have been taking all the weight the max that I have ever done was 6 pounds.I stopped because I lost feeling to the glands.as a result i dropped the weight and now i am hanging 2.5 until full feeling returns also I'm taking vitamin b complex to help repair the damaged nerves, I know it's nerve damage because i can't feel hot or cold feeling on the glands.what I'm looking for is pic or drawings on how to form proper shoulders.also I hang the whole week including weekends but I just do 3 sets of 15 min. So that I can master my technic then when every thing feels good i will go back to 3 sets of 20 mins.Thank you guys.

If you have numb glans stop hanging completely, you have compressed the nerves and even light compression will stop healing.
Shoulders are formed when the internal shaft end is forced into the shape of a plug at the front of the hanger keeping it from sliding further. How far back were you placing your wrap and your hanger?Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

not sure why but this 'shoulder' thing is news to me..... I've never heard of it. If i have then i forgot.
Crazy you lost sensation with such low weights.
But i would like to see a picture of this if anyone knows of one.

i start the wrap about an inch behind the head an I attach the hanger 1/4 below the top of the wrap, my problem was I was not forming shoulders, feeling the hanger grasp the internals and not removing extra blood out. I just attached the hanger the pushed the hanger close to the glands tighten the hanger thinking that i had formed the shoulders and then attached some weight and the begin my workout. but to day as I was playing around with the hanger think I formed the shoulders cause the hanger would not move at all when I pushed I forward. now how you remove extra blood from the shaft and glands so that the hanger Is not supported by the trapped blood in front of the hanger/shoulders? and my sensitivity is slowly returning so I am now hanging 2x20 2.5 pounds first week back might increase another set next week if every thing goes ok. oh by the way im hanging btc

Please help me guys I just can't seem to get the hanger to latch on without slippage well I got in a 10 minute 1 set experimental set and the hanger latched on perfectly no slippage at all I tested it out with a 5 lbs plate and it didn't slip but then I hanged with 2.5 plate for that experimental set but when I tryed to do another experimental set the hanger slipped . (Hanger adjustment) 6mm-7mm / \ about the shape I think this is how it looks like . (Wrap) sweat shirt+ theraband both 18 inches long. (Attachment) at least 1 inch . {Flaccid hang 4 inches bone pressed on a good day .flaccid girth 4 inches.}
