    Hey,

    I ordered an X4 about 3 months ago and from the time I placed the order it took about an hour and a confirmation email was sent to me. Then 2 days later I received the tracking information. I also sent them a follow up email and it was responded to within 2 days. Never tried to call them though so not sure about that part.

    The emails I received from them all went to my junk email so I would give that a look as well. Hopefully everything works out.

    First thing, you should check your spam folder in your email address. Often order confirmations get caught up in that folder. Secondly, if you have not already, please email us at info@x4labs.com and we will send you a copy of your order. Would just like to assure you, if your order has been placed then your X4 Labs Penis Extender is likely on its way.

    Also check your email for a tracking number which is automatically sent when your order ships out.

    Thanks for clearing that up, somF. Often our customer service department sends out email replies and they get caught in the junk folder as well.

    Does anyone know if vacuum attachments stretch the penis like noose or strap attachments? Ive seen some people say vacuum only pulls the skin and doesn't actually work well, or at all. I am not prone to blisters and have vacuum hanged for hours, so I'm not worried about that. I just want to know if the pull/result will be the same vs a strap/noose attachment. The arguments I read are that strap/noose attachments pull on the internals whereas the vacuum attachment just sucks the head/skin and not really the internals. Can anyone shed some light on this please?

    Hi aeden314,

    This is an interesting question. I can tell you from my own personal experiences with penis extenders that it all comes down to personal preference and experimenting with different setups. The only thing that matters is that you're experiencing traction (a stretch along the shaft of your penis) and that you are comfortable when wearing it.

    Speaking personally, I don't like the idea of the tip of my penis being in a vacuum for a prolonged period of time for the exact reasons you mentioned. That's not to say it might be the preference for someone else. If that's your thing, more power to you.

    The best results I have seen have been achieved with various configurations using InfiniteFit System. The longer support piece which was originally developed for shorter penises has turned out to be a valuable feature for those average size and above as well.

    The reason being that the it allows you to put a fastener of your choice in the front, on the tip of your penis and then another just behind that. Together they offer you more overall stability and limit slippage to a minimum. They hold your penis in position firmly. And the memory foam gives your penis that extra comfort you need to wear your device for extended periods of time.

    My advice to you would be to try different things to see what provides the most comfort and tension for your size and shape. You can take advice from others but unless you try things for yourself, you will never know how well it will feel and work on you.

    I've ordered x4 labs deluxe edition on April 23rd, payed immediately, everything went through but I still haven't received my package or any kind of tracking number... I'm getting worried. I've tried contacting you guys via website form but haven't received any kind of response.Here's my reference number - ReferenceNum = 660848900017580080. Please explain the situation. Thanks.

    Although we do not offer direct customer service in this thread, here are a couple of things that may have happened in your case.

    - Your order may have shipped, but your tracking number email is in your spam folder.

    - Your order may require more information to process. This can happen when an address or name is incomplete. In this case you would have been emailed so you should check your spam folder.

    - Your customer service may be replying to your emails and they are getting caught in your spam folder.

    Typically our customer service replies very quickly, and you can easily contact us by phone toll-free, weekdays, between 9 am to 5 pm EST to inquire about your order.

    When an order ships out, the email associated with it automatically gets a tracking email. I would suggest you make sure no communication has been caught up in your spam folder. If you don't see any kind of response there, please inbox me and I will try and contact customer service on your behalf as a last resort.
