I just got my X4 Labs extender in the mail two days ago. Exciting! However, last night I finally got the opportunity to try it out... It was incredibly difficult to even get it on. The instructions do not help much. I was under the impression that I'd get a manual on how to progress my use of the device. (I can't recall if I chose the "opt in" feature for the clinical trial when I purchased my extender. Is it too late to do so?) Once I did manage to apply the device with the comfort strap, I noticed that the tip of my penis was being squeezed a bit too much; though it did not feel particularly uncomfortable, it did not feel right. Most alarmingly, this morning I woke up with a hard on and my head was not as big as it tends to be. I lost some length even! This effect, it turns out, was temporary. But still. Will this be a huge concern going forward? I don't want to damage my penis. Besides, the whole point of this extender stuff is add length--not lose it. On a related note, how do I stretch out my penis long enough to strap it in at a 3/4 to one-inch level below the glans, so that the head is not being squished? Do I start with no bars and work my way up? I'm about 6" nbpfl. I doubt I can stretch out far enough on the extender to strap it in like that if I add bars. The Quad Support System didn't seem to make much of a difference. Thanks!

Thanks for choosing X4 Labs. We are glad you are excited to start the enlargement process. The sensations you are feeling early off are completely natural. A good suggestion is to take 20 minute breaks every 1 or 2 hours of usage. It will keep you comfortable and should not in any way affect your results.

Practicing penile traction therapy correctly will in no way ever damage your penis. Every penis size and shape is different, some people require bars and others don't. The purpose of the bars is to maintain tension as you grow. It is possible for someone to gain inches but never even use bars depending on their starting length.

For now, if you have no bars on, and feel tension along the shaft of your penis, you are fine. There is no set rule that says you need to use elongation bars. However, if you keep at it, maybe you need bars soon enough.

The directions say that the X4 can increase girth as well as length. Is that true? And if so, how does that work?

According to data from our very own clinical studies as well as others, penile traction therapy is proven to add both length and girth to the penis.

From what I understand, it is because penile traction therapy divides your cell on a molecular level. The traction itself causes a single cell to become 2. That is how the penis enlarges.

The cells don't only stack forward adding length, but stack proportionately adding both length and girth.

I'm honestly surprised a scammy group/company like you are still running a business and haven't been sued out and shut down by now.
Warning: I purchased an x4 labs kit a few years ago and was promised that if I was persistent with measuring and recording it on a chart, taking pictures, and sent it back in, I would get reimbursed the cost of the kit. Checking their same website now, it promises the same deal (clinical trial) for a full refund. I did ALL of the steps, and even talked to their customer support via e-mail to verify the documents required. After I sent all of the documents in, they never refunded me or responded to a single e-mail or phone call afterward, despite many attempts to contact them. I ordered the product in December 2013. Their website is a scam. I have the receipts of all the e-mails and even the invoice of my purchase of the product dating back then to prove this. They also go by arlanweb.

I think you are not understanding him correctly. He means should the extender's length be same with the current EL. for example normally my EL is 15 cm, so should the extender's length be the same as it? He doesn't mean he is putting the device on his erected penis. Why it is important to know because you keep on saying that you should only feel that comfortable tug, but some people can withstand the pain which another one may not. Even if you have long enough flaccid member and you put the device with minimum settings you will still fell tug, right? But I doubt you will get progress with such comfortable tug. That's why there must be some point to base on. I watched a video of a guy who is showing how to use the extender and he said that adjust the length of the extender to your current EL. Sorry I am not a native speaker of english

Not everyone is the same in physiology. As a matter of fact, you would be hard pressed to find 2 people who are even close to the same.

Erect length is not always the same proportionately to flaccid length for each and every person. While one person may find extending flaccid using their erect length is acceptable, another person may find it unbearable.

The guy in the video may feel great and have fantastic results using this rule, however, we are hesitant to recommend that to everyone. As we have repeated multiple times on this very thread, the key to efficient results is to maximize the amount of tension, without sacrificing comfort or having to endure discomfort.

Whats the recommended tension for permanent training?
I can see 2 bars after adjustment, so I am assuming 1200 gm stretch.
Will try 2hrs in a stretch with 20 min break and then back on for 6+ hrs.
can I continue for longer hrs without break?
