Hi, I have recently gotten an x4 extender and I'm having trouble keeping the strap from slipping off the end of my penis. I'm uncut and if I try to really tighten it, it pinches my skin. And even after I manage to tighten it, it slips off in just a few minutes. What am I doing wrong?

I believe your order was in fact looked into. Perhaps the delay is regarding that you have changed your email address. When you place an order and require assistance or are trying to complete a clinical trial, it is highly recommended that you communicate with our team using the same email address.

I understand your frustration but you need to understand that our customer service department simply can't issue a refund to someone emailing us from a different email without confirming that they are the original person that placed his order. This causes confusion.

They are also typically unable to issue a refund to a different payment method or PayPal account than that which was originally used.

Will follow up, but I strongly believe that is the issue here as your clinical trial refund was approved at some point.

It all comes down to using various fasteners to find the perfect configuration for your size and shape. We can suggest a couple of things with the limited information we have looking at your post.

Have you tried silicone tubes with memory foam insulation? This can really do the trick for those in your situation because the fastener is thinner and can secure itself to the contour behind the head of your penis.

Have you tried velcro with memory foam insulation? Whenever we head slippage, we always recommend trying out velcro. There is no other fastener that better combats slippage than velcro.

Finally, you should give the Quad Support piece a try. This is a very special penis extender add-on. As a matter of fact, it allows you to strap in using 2 comfort straps which can virtually eliminate the need to even try a different fastener.

I recently received my Deluxe edition.

Whats the recommended tension for permanent training?
I can see 2 bars after adjustment, so I am assuming 1200 gm stretch.
Will try 2hrs in a stretch with 20 min break and then back on for 6+ hrs.
can I continue for longer hrs without break?

It would be great if you can share detailed product usage guide.

We appreciate your questions. Many of the answers you are looking for can be found in this very thread. We pride ourselves on being versatile. Our devices are meant to fit ALL penises regardless of different sizes and shapes. There really is no cookie cutter guide for everyone.

There is no specific recommended tension. When starting out, focus on having a solid fit configuration, and then over time increase the tension as you become more and more comfortable using the device. Over time you will be able to train your penis into tolerating more tension. At first, if you are comfortable and feeling a tugging sensation along your shaft, you are doing it right.

Two hours with 20 minute break in between is not only proper, but it it recommended. Resetting yourself by enjoying 20 minutes rest every two hours will not only not affect your results, but will make the entire experience a lot more comfortable throughout.

This could make sense, but I was never advised of it before and was never asked to confirm the e-mail (and fyi still haven't been responded to since like 2013? 2014?). I still have access to my previous e-mail and will send another e-mail from it. Will follow up.

Just received an e-mail advising that after marking this as resolved, I will receive the promised refund soon after. I'll follow up if/when I do receive the refund.

Edit: I received the refund of my initial purchase amount in the form of sent $ from PayPal. I honestly did not expect to receive it after nearly 4 years of no communication. But at the end, they did stick to their word which I can respect. So it's actually and fully resolved now.

At one point I recall having some trouble with the screws not screwing in correctly (being too tight or loose or something) and reached out and they did send me replacements which was cool. <--they didn't ask me to review or say anything about that

Slippage on your uncut penis , try baby power along with your memory fome.
Start by not applying too much tension on your penis head with the adjustment at its lowest settings. Eas into your tension to prevent slippage. I hope it will help.
Pintching will always something to deal w if your thick. I just deal w it.
