None of my springs came labeled so which ones are the strongest? And also i guess im confused about the tension rings....so theres 3, u can lower it down to with the 3rd one down being the strongest one obviously. Lets say u want the strongest tension. How are you supposed to put it on? Process 1: you first put the extender bars to where the bars reach a little over the head, u slip on the top part, strap up, and then adjust the tension bars till it reaches the 3rd ring down? Or process 2: you put the extender bars way above the head, put the top part on, compress it till it reaches the 3rd ring and meets to where u can strap it right under the head perfectly, strap, and wear?

Also, how much is too much?

Hi there. So I recently purchased an x4 labs extender and have been using it consistently for nearly a month now. I have yet to see any results but I have faith that by the 6 month mark I'll see some gains. I'm currently about 4.7 inches erect, and I'm hoping to reach 6 inches. Perhaps not within 6 months, but within the next two years. For anyone who has experience with these traction devices, does this sound like a realistic goal to set?

I've used this extender for about 3 months, gained a quarter inch in length and girth. I tried the clinical trial but I'd forget to put my hours in the log in a timely fashion so I'm not getting money back, but I'm getting harder, longer erections!

I would say the instructions were unclear as far as adjusting tension, and the other dvds were unnecessary.
I am also allergic to the metal (I'd develop a rash if it touches my skin) but I remedied this using panty hose material on my penis and also pull it through my boxers so no skin came into contact.
I wish it was more versatile in regards to when it could be worn, I work long hours and don't have much down time to wear it when I'm not working...and my work requires a lot of bending, kneeling, waking, and anything physical.
After using daily around 4 hours I'd develop a cut on my skin below the glans where the noose was sitting, wasn't painful until I took it off or tried putting it on the next day. So I began to take a break to let it heal. Tension didn't seem too much, I'd feel a good burn (slight tingle) all over the base and slightly more on the right side (I have a slight curve to the right)

Anything I could do to minimize the chance of ripped skin again?

I purchased silicone sleeves I plan to use over my penis where the noose sits, and I have the cotton that goes over the noose. I didn't want to use a lot of extra cotton, it makes it hard to see the stretch and feel for numbness.

I ordered accessories for my extender about a month back the package never came and when I checked it on the tracking site it says it got delivered to the wrong address I emailed the company 3 times now and sent 2 messages directly through the site without a response. That’s the only reason I’m reaching out via this platform. I just want to know if I can recieve my parts any time soon or am I just gonna have to get my money back

I bought the deluxe version and I have a few comments in regards to the device. I found it to be very difficult in even lasting an hour with it. This is not due to the device being uncomfortable but more having to do with the penis. The head of my penis seems to shrink while on the device to the point that it becomes very small. So I am having trouble having to maintain the head to stay big. How am I supposed to wear this device for an hour or more if this continues to happen? Is there any advice on how I can fix this issue?
I am a grower and stats are below.

Flaccid length ranges always between 3-3.5

Erect length also ranges between 5.75-6.0 inches

Goal is to get between 6.75-7.0 inches.

Currently using the bathmate pump Xtreme 30 for 15 minutes, zen hanger for 15 minutes at 2.5 lbs and the X4 extender for 30 minutes due to my issue.

I use the noose it's a very snug fit. I'd use the device lengthened to your pulled flaccid size, and get 1/2 - 1 inch of excess skin above where the noose sits. Only use the foam on the noose for comfort, to much padding will cause slippage. And save pumping for afterwards, so you don't go into the device pumped and deflate while using it. After an hour of stretching with the device, I find that the head of my penis is quite cold, which indicates to me that the blood flow is constricted. I don't much like that, but I can't get it to actually hold while squeezing any less. Is that normal?
